Liked: Absolutely loved this campsite! First time here. Family of 4 and a dog. Good location, great views, lots of choice to pitch up and the added bonus of being able to park your car at your pitch. The cow shed area was a fantastic feature. We used the bar, cafe and shop, all great! Will definitely come back again and recommend to others.
Disliked: Having to pay for a shower was the only negative. £1 for 4 mins and with a family this adds up if you were to stay for longer periods. But a minor inconvenience and doesn't impact my review.

Liked: We stayed in a campervan on a Saturday night. We were on the far side of this camp site and we had great views over the dales. It was quiet. The grass was thick and green. We took a path that starts directly from the corner of the field and went up the hill. We found a fantastic view point with a couple of benches. Lovely.
Disliked: The gents' toilets are a little tired but still perfectly acceptable for a short stay. It's not the flattest site so I can imagine this could be an issue if in a tent when it's crowded.
