Foxglove Camping and Glamping

Em va agradar This camp site is brilliant and ticked every single box for us. Easy to find, satnav took us straight there. It's set back from the road, down an old farm track. Several separate fields giving us loads of choice as to where to set up, with Andrew, the owner, letting us choose for ourselves.
Clean loos, hot showers, plenty of room so although it was busy when we arrived (a good sign) it was in no way overcrowded.
Peaceful, chilled, with a lovely gentle touch from Andrew who was really helpful and knowledgeable about his site and the local area in general.
Dog friendly, child friendly with the promise of an undercover communal area for rainy days and down-time in place next year, we will definitely be returning.
Highly recommended.

Em va agradar Really enjoyed our stay at foxglove camping we booked two pitch spots with some of my friends, family and partner there was plenty of space to have a bit of privacy from other campers and the owner Andrew was extremely friendly and a chilled guy the toilets and shower area was close by and clean and tidy made many fun memories just over a night stay
It was also very close to lush beaches in the area and some lush local pubs but we did drive about 8 minutes to them if that

Em va agradar Loved this campsite. Laid back & friendly owner who made us feel at home, a few options to camp on different areas/fields for more privacy, clean porcelain toilets & shower. Reviews suggested campsite was difficult to find but we found it first time, I liked that it was quite rustic and through a closed gate we had to open.

Em va agradar Wonderfully friendly owner/host. Andrew will give local recommendations, freeze down ice blocks, lend you pumps for your air beds and much more besides to ensure you have a great trip!
Quiet setting. Plenty of space. Clean facilities.

Em va agradar Honestly the best camping trip we’ve ever had. The most perfect secluded hidden gem. Andrew was the most incredible host making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying. He took our ice blocks each morning to freeze. The showers and toilets were basic but super clean. A hot well pressured shower. Really fresh clean drinking water.
Beautiful spacious pitches. A very short walk (30 mins) to little haven where there was a gorgeous scenic view over the coast and a few wonderful pubs showing sports and a dog friendly pub to enjoy a few beers at the beach.
Stunning walks on the site too.
Cannot wait to see this place evolve even more.

Em va agradar Andy and Jet (owner and his dog) honestly couldn’t have been more accommodating. My partner and I have just come back from a weekend camp at foxglove farm and Andy welcomed us with open arms. Told us to call if we needed anything or even just any information needed. Came over to check on us every night and even supplied us with fire wood! Honestly haven’t got a bad word to say about this place or Andy. Would recommend this place for a stay to anyone. Family friendly, clean showers and toilets. Lovely location. 10/10

Em va agradar Liked? …. Everything!! Andy is one of life’s good guys, couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and helpful host/ owner. In my opinion the clear but subtle entrance sign to the very quick entrance road through the abandoned farms buildings, made me laugh out loud when we came round the corner and could see foxgloves hidden behind like a hidden fairy glen!

It’s got character, not just a reception shed leading to a square field that’s overcrowded, lights lit up the hedgerows at night, the two meddow like fields were cosy and friendly, and full of friendly like minded people. I’m going back for sure, respect and freedom was given to you from Andy, and it showed how great that people appreciated it and gave it him back by caring for his place and enjoying it for what it is.

Oh and the stars were insane at night.

Em va agradar We absolutely loved our stay at Foxglove Camping and Glamping! Everything about this place is magical – from the peaceful setting to the breathtaking views. Even having no phone network turned out to be a blessing, giving us the chance to completely switch off and enjoy proper family time.

Andrew, the owner, is truly one of a kind. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and showed us hidden spots that were simply stunning. His passion for the site really shines through, and it made our experience unforgettable.

My son had the best time exploring and enjoying the outdoors, and seeing how much he loved it made the trip even more special. We’re already planning our return, this time with an even bigger group so more of our family and friends can experience this gem.

Foxglove isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 13!!!😉

Em va agradar This was our second visit to Foxglove. We love the space at the site and the fact it doesn't get crowded. We feel more connected to nature there. The log fire hire and walk we do around the lake add to a lovely camping experience.
The campsite owner is always so friendly and helpful. It's well located to explore many places and is only a short drive to St. bride's haven.
We're hoping to return next year.
