Tyckte om: very well looked after grounds situated in mauchline Ayrshire so lucky to have beautiful weather to soak up this lovely tranquil adult only park surrounded by beautiful countryside Nice wee walk to the river and only a short drive or walk to the small village for shops and restaurants we stopped at the Fairburn hotel for dinner service and food excellent Catrine house camping park has excellent facilities lovely spacious hot shower, immaculate toilets, wash-up room complete with a washing machine that you can use for a small fee of £2 The owner is very friendly he takes the time to tell you about the park and the surrounding area There are local deliver services for takeaway food you can have delivered straight to you van excellent The price he charges is outstanding for the service he provides l have stated here many times before and l will be back

Tyckte om: Owners were so friendly and very willing to help us out. Facilities were great and clean. The Riverside pitch was beautiful and fairly secluded, a wee walk up the site to use the facilities. We were able to have fires on a night and didn't see many people by the river.

Tyckte om: Nice quiet site, stayed in the walled garden, marvellous sun trap, which would offer shelter in windy conditions, generous communal area in the lodge, where there is wi fi access, walks nearby

Tyckte om: Lovely campsite, very clean facilities. Very friendly owner. Reasonably priced. Great indoor area for campers if it is raining

Tyckte om: Everything! Willie is a great host, very informative and if Willie isn't around there's Julia and Freda to help too. Will definitely return. If you want peace and tranquility this is your place

Tyckte om: I have never been to such a beautiful campsite, fantastic facilities, very clean, Julia and her Dog who was the hostel while owner was away couldn't have been more helpful.

Tyckte om: Fabulous site with great pitches that’s aren’t on top of each other which affords you privacy and a great stay. We had two nights and enjoyed a fire both nights. The location is stunning and the facilities are fantastic. There are walks nearby and it’s close to plenty of quaint towns to go visit. Though you could easily not leave the camp-site as it’s a great place to just sit and relax. Willy & Sophie are great hosts and they’ve really thought of everything to provide a fantastic stay. The toilets and showers are pristine and run well. There is also a washing machine and sinks for washing up on site. The place itself is very picturesque and the main sound is birds chirping. There is a main road nearby however I didn’t really notice the sound. The local take-away delivers - though we didn’t use it but it gets good reviews. The whole vibe of the place is totally relaxed and it just made for a perfect stay. I’ll be back for sure.

Tyckte om: Wunderschönes Gelände direkt am Campingplatz zum wandern am Fluss entlang mit den Hunden! Saubere sanitäre Anlagen und ein super schöner Aufenthaltsraum rund um die Uhr offen.
