Electric optional grass pitch
Liked: Everything. The owner was lovely and showed us to our pitch. It’s the first adults only site we’ve ever been on and it was so relaxing. Our too dogs loved it too. We were visiting family so didn’t stay in the daytime only evenings and night.
Disliked: The only thing that was negative was that we booked a fully serviced pitch. But it wasn’t, the only thing on the pitch was electric. We had to drive to the water tap. It wasn’t what we thought their fully serviced pitch would. Anyhow it never split our stay at all. Just be aware if booking, no grey water drain or fresh water tap which we are used to on fully serviced pitch.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and your review is much appreciated. We apologise that the pitch was not what you expected, however we did look into your booking regarding the fully serviced pitch but it appears from your booking on pitch up that you opted for a 'grass with optional electric' pitch. All our fully serviced pitches do have water, grey waste and optional electric as well as hard standing. We hope to see you again soon. Kind Regards Huntick Farm Caravan Park

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked: Washroom facilities were very clean and spacious. The touring field was well laid out with good sized pitches. We backed onto the woodland area, a lot of birds and other wildlife, e.g. a deer, squirrels. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for Poole area.

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked: Staff friendly, toilet block clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately the site and facilities looked tired some areas/ structures actually looked abandoned. Reception was unmanned due to us arriving early( our fault) but one of the first things we noticed was the A frame with signs telling campers what they cannot do and the theme continues throughout the park. We left after a very short stay, (didn’t even set up) at the designated pitch by which time our transit camper had already began to sink into a very wet field( it was raining THAT day). Overall impression was that the place needs some investment. Didn’t even try to ask for any money back just cut our losses and went elsewhere.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch (super)
Liked: Very nice staff. Toilets and showers very clean. Liked fully serviced pitch.
Disliked: check in time 2 pm. Ridiculous as usually its 12 or 1 pm latest. By the time you set up its a day gone. Some very scruffy areas on the Site, no dedicated dog walk or bin. Flower beds and baskets full of weeds instead of plants and shrubs. Separate charge for electricity. Fully serviced means an all inclusive price.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We are glad you liked our toilet facilities. We are sorry you felt the site was not to your expectations, unfortunately we are behind with the summer planting due to continuous rain which makes working outside difficult, this is being addressed. Just to note, there is a dedicated dog walking area and dog poo bin at the bottom of our drive way. Regards Huntick Farm Caravan Park

Liked: Super clean toilet block. Lovely shower. Great pressure and loads of hot water.
Disliked: Slight hum from a generater or aircon unit in the farm next door. Probably only hear it from my pitch. And I do have very sensitive ears.

From the manager: Thank you for staying with us and giving your feedback. We apologise for the humming noise and will endeavour to investigate. Look forward to seeing you again. Regards Huntick Farm Caravan Park

Liked: Very pleasant site - beautiful views - immaculate showers and toilets. We chose this site as it was a 5 minute drive from home. We just wanted to do 1 night as a shakedown to make sure everything was working after the winter so didn’t venture outside the campsite. Very peaceful site. Would definitely use again.
