Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked: A fantastic woodland retreat, we enjoyed the massive outdoor pitch and being back to basics. The owners were fantastic welcoming and full of knowledge as this was our first ever experience of camping, the opportunity to cook everything on an open fire pit was a amazing opportunity, the toilets and showers were clean and the washing up facilities were very accessible to have, the woodland walks were great and seeing wild garlic grow and hearing all the animals was lovely especially the woodpecker in the morning to wake as up as our alarm clock, we had a brilliant weekend away and will be recommending to our friends and family.
Disliked: Nothing

Non-electric forest floor tent pitch (woodland)
Liked: I loved the very expansive, large woodland. Every pitch has a fire pit and a permanent tarpaulin and wooden structure to store items off ground or use a bar! The campsite also has plenty of facilities, including showers and flushing toilets that are kept clean. There are huge community areas, a playing field and views gorgeous scenery across the valley if you take on the many Pembury walks nearby. The owners are really friendly and make sure you are welcome and have every you need, and go out their way to accommodate you! It has something for everyone, glaming or wild camping far in the woods. I can not recommend enough! Oh and you can drive up to most pitches to drop things off.

Liked: calm, at the heart of nature. bell tent, forest tent, and green pitch options. Even with a group with different choices, it is easy to get together, and there is a good distance between pitches. CLEAN TOILET FAILITIES!!! amazing. forest walk, fire pit, and logs provided if you want. watching stars at night. GREAT STAFF!!! thank you very much. had a great time with my 11-year-old son.
