Liked: Hosts were extremely attentive and friendly. The location was great, Betteshanger park was great for older kids, very affordable, and setup well for a family day out as long as the weather is good. We also took a trip to Broadstairs which was a lovely sandy beach just 25 minutes away. There was no traffic around so everywhere was easy to get to. This was the most relaxing camping trip I've had, I couldn't believe the place wasn't busy. The toilets/showers and facilities were really clean and all working well. The grass for tents was perfect for putting in pegs and kids playing games. Highly recommend this camp site!!

Liked: Very clean toilets and showers. Friendly hosts Beautiful location Quiet location with little light pollution.
Disliked: There is a no music policy. However I wish I had bought a speaker as multiple other people did. (If you have a policy, enforce it, or get rid of it)

Liked: We loved the surrounds and views of the site. It was everything we hoped for. We only booked it the night before for a quick 1 night break. The accommodation had everything we needed.. made a great change to pitching our tent. The toilet/wash and shower facilities were spotless. You can tell that a lot of care goes into running this site. I liked the spacing between pitches, it provided a good area for each pitch. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and visible. Have already recommended it to friends. Keep up the great work 👍

Liked: This new campsite is excellent and just as described on the website. It is a quiet site so not one for party animals- but great if you enjoy a peaceful setting. Pitch spaces are generous and it is ok to put up a gazebo or awning up for shelter. The facilities are great, including hot showers and washing up sinks with hot water. The owners came every day to thoroughly clean and check everything was in order. They are an approachable couple who had great tips on local places to visit, including Saint Margaret at Cliffe with it's cliff top lighthouse walk. The site is well placed for many local attractions, including: wildlife parks, beaches and footpath walks. We can highly recommend the site and it is good value. Get there before everyone finds out about it!

Liked: The site was lovely and clean and we were made to feel very welcome. The glamping tent was well stocked and the double bed and mattresses were great.
Disliked: The blow up bed was as usual freezing cold, I ended up on it as my 10 year old got too cold so unfortunately I didn’t sleep for two days. Would be better if proper mattresses were provided for all guests. Also might be a good idea to reiterate the no music rule to all the guest as the tent next to us didn’t get that. The tent opposite was a group of 6 guys who also kept us awake till 2am and probably the whole campsite with their shouting and swearing and extremely loud conversation. Also no where to keep freezer blocks cold or fridge facilities. Would be an improvement I would make.
