喜欢: Lovely views of the Cleveland Hills, 2 showers on site, lovely and clean and a great power shower, but ample for the amount of pitches although it wasn’t full when we were there so it may get busy if full. Hosts were really helpful when we arrived and pointed out where everything was also places around the local area.

不喜欢: Only improvement would be to better clarity of waste disposal bins - not clear as to what could go in what.

来自经理: thankyou for your comments and i am pleased you enjoyed your stay as the rubbish goes my contract is for mixed waste that gets sorted at the depot i was advised by yorwaste too do it that way so hence we do not need signs but we have a seperate bin for glass bottles which is signed

喜欢: Excellent views of the countryside from our pitch & well maintained facilities

不喜欢: Music coming from adjacent lodge whilst using the hot tub

来自经理: am sorry you were disturbed by the music i heard it myself and told them too turn it right down which they did but it was too late for you i have a walk round most nights but i relay on people letting me no so i can deal with it as i run a quiet site the couple who had the music on too high said they were sorry i told them about our poor review that i got from you the moral is if you not happy let me know and it will be dealt with i cant SORT IF I DONT KNOW

喜欢: The staff were very informative and friendly. John boy is an amazing young man and always busy around the site taking logs to the pods and making sure everyone is ok. The toilet and shower blocks were very clean and well presented. Only 2 showers but given the size of the site it’s plenty for everyone. The views of the moors with the sun hurtling the hills was literally stunning and really makes an evening sat out listening to music with a small fire burning. We will definitely return again.

喜欢: The view The helpfulness of the site managers Clean showers with great water pressure Peace and quiet Location Arrived and although booking was over looked, very quickly sorted with no issues at all. Offered me pick of pitch and assisted with filling MoHo with water and helped me park up. Incredibly helpful, nothing was too much bother. Lots of presence on the site from staff which was really nice and helpful. Shower nice and Hot and clean. 2 showers 4 toilets An area for washing pots etc Eslan area. 4g signal for gadgets to work Daughter arrived for a visit and was able to park car next to van at no extra charge. Lovely town close by with pubs and restaurants

来自经理: thanks for your feedback which i strongly disagree with am very disapointed with your mark we only advertise that we have 2 showers and 4 toilets if we had more we would have too charge more most people who come are happy with our facilities we have not got wifi and we do not say we have there is very good 4g on site how you can mark me down for customer service when i changed your arrival date free of charge for you it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and when you left i asked if all was ok for you and you said you were happy
