Brooklyn Grange Farm

A aimé : Lovely field, friendly owner, amazing farm shop and clean facilities surrounded by gorgeous views! Waking up to cows in the field next to us was lovely! A gem of a place to stay!

A aimé : Spectacular location, the views, lake, sunset and sunrises. You couldn’t have picked a more budget friendly place to stay. This is a working farm, walking up to all those animals, the farm shop, lake and beautiful views, is all worth it. Can’t fault the people running it, they’re so kind, caring and accommodating in every way. The farm shop is a must. If you want back to basic, with a view, peace and back to nature, then this is the place. Plus close to everything. Pub 10 mins walk down the road, The Roaches in front of you to wake up to 😊

A aimé : Really friendly staff who explained to our children how their farm worked. Excellent location with nearby walks and pubs. Onsite farm shop well stocked. Option to use separate shower if needed.

N'a pas aimé: Toilet block was handy but a little dated.

A aimé : Great location with beautiful views. Very helpful lady at check in. Field was spacious Great pub nearby.

N'a pas aimé: Toilet facilities were clean but very basic and only 2 toilets to serve the entire site.

A aimé : Just had a fabulous wknd camp at this beautiful semi wild campsite. such beautiful scenery and lovely to hear n see the farm animals and wildlife. the toilets are clean and functional and handwash loo roll provided. there is a farm shop onsite for essentials and the like, we always buy farm eggs and the ones brought from the shop were the nicest I've ever had. also the phone signal is fantastic first time weve camped and been able to use 5g with no buffering. look forward to using this campsite on a regular basis.

A aimé : Simple site, nice views of the lake. Kids enjoyed feeding the donkeys. Toilets seemed to be checked day and night. Farm shop handy.

N'a pas aimé: No hot water, although this was stated, would have just made a difference.

A aimé : I stayed one night in my campervan with my sister and dog. The site was peaceful and the lady in the shop was lovely and very accommodating. I would definitely come back.

A aimé : A lovely relaxing feel to this campsite. Nice and quiet with stunning views and walking distance to 2 Nice pubs. Loads of walking nearby. Our son enjoyed fishing although he didn't catch. Would absolutely return.

N'a pas aimé: If wet you will struggle with a van on the field so had to set up on the gravel around the lake but was actually fine.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you so much for your review and kind comments, much appreciated - it was a shame that we had quite a lot of rain on the Friday that just wet the field again For anyone reading the reviews please note that we advertise only as a basic/wild camping site, hence the price structure. It does state on pitch-up that we are only on grass, we have a small amount of hardstanding but not on the camp field

A aimé : Great location, great facilities on site. Beautiful view to wake up to! Lovely staff! All round great trip, will come back.
