Liked: Warm welcome on arrival. Clean toilet/shower/washing up facilities. Quiet site just far enough to be away from hustle and bustle. We arrived on a couple of motorcycles and were offered a paving slab/bricks for side stands. Fire pits available for hire.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. The only negative and it’s not really that, but the hire of the pit I think was a bit expensive almost matching the nightly pitch fee. That said we were supplied with more than enough wood for the whole evening. This I just a trial and I would possibly suggest in future maybe pre book or book on arrival the fire pit free and buy the wood you use. Again this isn’t something I’ve done before. My son and I did enjoy it whilst looking at the super moon. Not really a dislike

Liked: Wow! What a beautiful site. We stayed for the bank holiday weekend, as a family with a 3 year old. There was generous spaces between pitches (we were in the far corner, away from the ponds to be safe with a little one), 3 beautifully maintain ponds, facilities were spotless and exactly what you need. We hired the fire pit and wood for the weekend, generous supply of wood provided. The owners were wonderful, kind, and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back. :)
Disliked: No dislikes, but I wasn't aware of there being WiFi. I think I may have missed it on the confirmation details. It didn't affect our stay, infact I'm glad I didn't know.

Liked: Such a beautiful site with good quality facilities and generous spacing between plots. We loved how friendly our hosts were and how thoughtful they were to our needs and sharing of recommendations for our days. Nothing better than campfires in the evening. The lakes were beautiful. Thanks so much!!!
Disliked: There were a lot of wasps but that couldn’t be helped and it certainly wasn’t too much of a problem - just that time of year and what you expect when camping!

Liked: Superb- very quiet- just what we wanted- no hassle- toilet facilities better than expected - Nice welcome from owner and then left alone, which is great. As close to wild camping as I could get with kids without breaking and laws. Very satisfied.
Disliked: Not a dislike, be aware however there is deep water ponds so if you have young kids you would have to keep an eye out- but for me with 2 x 12 year olds it didn’t matter.

Liked: There is so much to like about this campsite. Gill, the owner was charming and helpful. The campsite is open and beautiful, plenty of space to pitch in any direct you wish. 2 large ponds to pitch by, or a more secluded spot, we chose a far corner. Just lovely. All the amnesties (shower/loo) are tiled, clean, and kept immaculate day and night. It is well positioned to visit so many places of interest. We visited 4 national trust properties Scotney Castle, Bodiam Castle, Lambs House, and Sissinghurt Castle. Lovely days out, lovely evenings by the campfire, what more could you want? Ok, there are some great pubs in beautiful villages surrounding the area too. If you only camp once in this area, make sure its on Brick House Farm. 10/10.
