Liked: The staff were friendly - but not overly helpful (see dislikes for info) the pitches were nice and well kept hedges between pitches and access to water and electric on each one was lovely shower facilities were nice and large and enclosed (seems a weird point but for some reason the toilet cubicles were exposed to the outside - no walls!) They give the option to hire bikes which is nice and fairly cheap the offer pastries and bread which can be ordered (although they were the worst pain au chocolats of the holiday - nice enough but other places made me severely raise my standards/expectations) amazing location for St Malo (which is incredible!) and St Michel Mont (also incredible!!) lovely walk nearby by the canal which is nice and long nice and quiet camp site
Disliked: not much was told to us the staff on reception was lovely but didnt mention that the gate shut by 8 and how to get out (meaning we were trapped in the camp site on our first night before we asked how we could leave after 9PM) the staff member didnt tell us about the pastry service until after we had asked they didnt tell us how to access the cycle/walking path which meant we did lots of unnecessary running around to find it While they were very welcoming, they just werent overly helpful which was a shame the toilet cubicles are left completely exposed to the elements as the building has no wall the toilet cubicles have no toilet seats as the toilets were exposed to the elements they very quickly were dirty and full of leaves and there was no signs that anyone was cleaning this which was a shame

Liked: The pitch was flat and very large seperated from the neighbours with well tended hedges on 3 sides.. 10 metres x 9 metres which easily accommodated our van, garage tent (2x2), 3m x 3m gazebo, outdoor cooking gas stove and barbecue along with the toilet tent. The toilets, showers and washing facilities were kept in a really clean condition all day everyday. The showers were hot no matter what time of day it was. The staff were friendly and courteous. The swimming pool was heated and lovely and warm with a section that doubled as a jacuzzi. The WiFi was pretty good too. Mont Saint Michael is an easy bike ride along the well pathed river bank. Pontorson town centre is just a couple of minutes by bike. There's a Carefour supermarket also a few minutes away
Disliked: We would have liked a restaurant on site but maybe it was too late in the season.. The mosquitoes were really big and hungry (time of year I suspect, lateish Sept) It advertises a petting zoo but there's only a few goats. Would have liked the tennis court to have been usable.

Liked: Spacious pitches which were enclosed and had a hedge row between each one, so privacy was not an issue. We had our awning, van and roll out blind all set up! Daily fresh bread orders from reception and pizza van came several nights. Bar and reception staff were helpful and could speak some English and correct my badly spoken French! Lovely clean pool with separate jacuzzi and kiddies area. Facilities were communal and kept very clean. Laundry on site as well. Bike hire too.
