- Single-sex parties of three or more people under 25 are not permitted on site. Swimming pool access is included: please show your Entertainment pass. Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Liked: We stayed on a large pitch was worth the extra few £s as was really spacious and clean. Swimming pool was warm and clean and also had time slots so not overcrowded. Really close to Towyn. We did not use other facilities we did have a quick look and all looked well kept.
Disliked: The woof Park is a fantastic idea for those with dogs, however it was a bit neglected and was quite a bit of dog mess that had not been picked up.

Liked: Pitch was basic and on grass but in a great location. Toilet facilities were old but very clean. Everything was close by including kids activities and entertainment. Plenty of activities to do and a well stocked shop (although pricey)
Disliked: No pool /swimming slots available. Almost £7 for a pint of beer.

Liked: Well not one fault easy to park amazing staff very helpful. Shower block and toilet nice and clean. Lovely and warm to. The price is hard to beat All passes with your pitch as well

Liked: How clean and tidy the non touring site was
Disliked: The smell of the dog park drifting to my pitch. The interrogation light that shone into my van as it’s just the right height to do that!!!! The quality of the pitch was poor. The touring staff clocked off at 4 the time I was told to arrive!! The noise from the road adjacent and the dust from the internal road. Pitch wasn’t level

Liked: Site was good toilets and showers could do with updating facilities were good and if you have children lots to keep them occupied shop on site very well stocked and also good position for catching buses

Liked: Park, AstroTurf area and Woof park :-)
Disliked: Would have been good to know what was included with the booking and entertainment passes ahead of arrival, lots of noise from nearby trains and some sort of race track on one of the evenings

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful on arrival.
Disliked: The pitches on the Meadow were very basic. There was no motorhome service point and the toilet block (shipping containers) were inadequate and dirty.
