Liked: Great site, lovely welcome from the warden Georgie, fantastic clean bathrooms and water so warm, we had lovely pitch beside the canal bank and managed to watch two swans with their four signet babies on the back of the mother cruise by, lovely walk along the canal and the pub (the George) so hand for drinks and food. Would certainly recomend this site.

Liked: What a fab place. A little gem with beautiful walks. Lovely pub on site. Toilets and showers clean and tidy. Georgia that welcomed us on site was lovely, very welcoming with a lovely smile. We will definitely be back. We didn’t eat in the pub but our friends had the roast and said it very very large and really tasty.
Disliked: None. All positive for us.

Liked: Stayed two nights to break our long journey to Cornwall and one night on the way back. Fabulous washrooms, immaculately kept. Lovely warden. Site easy to access, only about three miles off the M5. Ate in the pub one night on each visit and the food was good, all home cooked. Lovely walks from the site along the canal, can recommend walking to Frampton, a very pretty village. Bus stop outside to Gloucester and Bristol.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Absolutely love this campsite. Do not be fooled by how it looks on the main road. The campsite itself is quiet and friendly, with excellent, very clean toilet/shower/washing up block as well as toile , drinking water and disposal point on site. We stayed last year and loved it, this year they have a new manager who is just lovely and super helpful. The pub and playground are next door, and behind the campsite there are beautiful walks along the stream, fields and woods. We'll definitely be coming here again.
