Liked: The toilet and shower facilities were close by and clean. There is a lovely country pub a 13 minute walk, but you have to walk along the road, so no ideal if you have children.
Disliked: The only downside is, we were on a slight slope, so we could feel that when sleeping in our camper van. Only had WiFi in the cafe and not on the pitch area.

Liked: Great facilities, based on a 1 night stay. Views were great.
Disliked: We stayed on the lower pitch and found the ground hard. Next time we visit I’ll get some stronger pegs 😃

Liked: Excellent place. This campsite has all you need. Toilet blocks, showers, pot washing facilities, shop on site, bar onsite. We pitched here so we could walk chee dale stepping stones. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Get here early so you can pick the best spot. Some spots have a slight slope but it's what you expect for the area.

Liked: Well organised and well maintained campsite. Friendly staff and a well stocked farm shop. The cafe food was tasty. The showers and toilets were clean, plenty of rubbish bins. Close to walks/cycle routes, Buxton and Bakewell. BBQ and fire pits permitted.
Disliked: Fields weren’t the flattest so most pitches were on a slope Campsite exit from the one way route was on a blind corner on a 50moh road.

Liked: Beautiful setting, farm shop with cafe and bar which had amazing breakfasts! Live music in the evenings. Quiet after dark. Hot powerful showers.
Disliked: You have to pay £1 for 4 mins of hot shower water but the shower was quality.
