The Pyrapod cabin
Liked: This is a Tranquil setting that has a beautiful lake and a river. We stayed in the Pyrapod cabin which overlooks the lake. This had a wood burner inside and this kept it warm during the nights. The pod is equipped with everything you would need for cooking including cutlery. There is a gas stove burner and an outside bbq. Lakemoor is child friendly and lots of fun was had in the river and saying hello to all the farm animals. The hosts were friendly and made us feel really welcome. They also have a small tuck-shop where you can buy fresh eggs and essentials/snacks. We didn’t venture anywhere as we were just there to relax and there was plenty to keep my 6year old entertained.
