Liked: Basic but well maintained. Lovely owner and great atmosphere. Right next to the cricket ground which was fun. Just easy and exactly what we wanted. Very short walk into Braunton which was perfect as we left the van set up and pottered in for drinks and dinner.
Disliked: Only 1 toilet per gender can make queues but it was generally ok.

Liked: - Location near the village centre of Braunton, which has plenty of amenities in terms of pubs, shops and cafes. - Clean toilets and showers. - Friendly and helpful owner. - Campsite felt safe. - Lovely views. - Level pitches.
Disliked: - would have been nice to have a bar on site, or a partnership with the local cricket club, so we didn't have to buy a membership before being served. - games / sports equipment to hire. - camping equipment to hire.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked: Lovely little campsite. Grounds nicely kept. Right next to the cricket club for drinks. Nice and quiet and close enough to the village to walk within a couple of minutes
Disliked: There needs to be more toilets and while the toilets themselves where nice and clean. The rest of the area, cublicles and washing up area, where quite grubby. There are only 2 showers for the campsite and there was quite a queue in the morning and during our stay, 1 of them stopped working.

Liked: Great position in the town next to the cricket pitch, we enjoyed watching a match. Nice hot free shower. Small site so quite peaceful and very helpful, friendly people helping to run it.
Disliked: Only one male and one female toilet with a chemical toilet at the end of the field to save a walk at night.
