On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 20 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a US$40.00 (£32.47) fee.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: US$20.00 (£16.48) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Reception

• Reception is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
