Liked: Very tidy and well kept site, lovely location and very quiet. Great facilities and nice hot showers. Lovely pub on the site. We Would definitely return. Some lovely walks around too, druids temple isn’t far by car or foot.
Disliked: The only downside was the slanted field and us not having blocks yet, so we didn’t sleep the greatest, so would of preferred to be put on the bottom field where flatter, but this is more our own fault for not having blocks, so if in a camper van I’d recommend taking them. Also the service in the restaurant was very slow as only one waitress on a busy Saturday night.

Liked: Quiet Monday to Wednesday, lovely views and scenery, good access to local footpaths, owner was accomadating.
Disliked: Had to move after the 1st night due to being located under a tree and covered in bird droppings the next morning, Don't think the toilets/showers were cleaned all week, facilities in general in need of a revamp, expected better for the price at £180 for 5 nights.

Liked: The site is in an absolutely stunning location. The views were incredible. I loved that the pitches were very spacious and it was very quiet. Of course the pub itself was amazing. The food was gorgeous (we both had the steak and ale pie) and the ales were spot on. It's a lovely walk into Masham across the fields and not too far to walk back after a couple of pints. We will definitely go again.
