Liked: Owner was friendly and changed our pitch when we rang to see if we could bring more family members. Toilets were clean - showers were hot. Washing up room had very hot water. Eggs and fire-wood on sale. Site was beautiful with well cared for lakes. Pitches were roomy. A great location for accessing Norwich City or the sea- side. No WiFi, which turned out to be a blessing as we played more games and chatted to each other!

Liked: We didn't actually go to the campsite due to unforeseen circumstances but the owner rang to see if we were ok as she checks that her customers are safe and well if they don't arrive . I think this shows someone who goes above and beyond .

Liked: One can only describe the setting as quintessentially British; water, wildlife and fresh eggs in the morning. What more could you want? If you seek a camping experience which rejuvenates your soul, then this is the place for you! With plenty of walks that allow you to get back to nature. Despite its rural feel, the campsite is located close enough to seaside towns such as Sheringham and Cromer.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had a large group of rather noisy campers pitched just to the side of us in the second field. Nevertheless, the owners quickly dealt with the situation and personally came and apologised for any inconvenience. Needless to say, we had no more issues after that.

Liked: Beautiful grounds, that are well kept. It is nice e to see it being "re-wilded". Our children liked looking at the swans & geese wondering around happily. Facilities were clean & easy accessible. The host was kind & informative & happy to have a chat. Pitches are a reasonable size & we didn't feel too close to our neighbours! Great having fresh water at every pitch too.
Disliked: WiFi would have been useful, especially as it's a poor mobile reception area.

Liked: Had a lovely spot right by the fishing pond. Quite, respectful neighbours despite it being the bank holiday weekend. A few caravans with teenage kids parked themselves next to the toilet block yet even with these the site was remarkably calm for a late may bank holiday weekend. Lots of wild life around (swans, geese, even saw an otter!), amazing gastro pub 5 minute drive away and lots of beautiful things to see in this corner of Norfolk. The owners live on the site, you don't see them but they're super friendly if you bump into them. Would definitely come again.
Disliked: It didn't bother us one bit, but this site is popular with (and caters well to) caravans.
