不喜欢: The facilities where unavailable water had to be got from near reception don’t respond to email when asked about late arrival so ended up staying in a store car park with small children as we felt unsafe and site didn’t reply if late arrival was ok.

Offered to use private toilet with shower as shower block off but this was limited to 6 mins with 5 mins wait between so had cold children waiting for it to come back on which is bad in the alpes in winter

We will take your suggestions to heart and use them to improve our offer.
Concerning the showers, these are eco-showers, ecological to counteract water waste. As we have very cold temperatures in winter, we cannot leave all water points connected, but we have a water pint available.
Since it is a self check-in campsite, there won't always be somenone around to answer yur requests via mail.

喜欢: Beautiful location and views, pretty much staying in the alps.
Very modern facilities, great showers and toilet, soap provided but no blotting paper. We stayed right out the back of the campsite so the wifi was weak, but closer to reception /main building it was much better. The reception is unmanned, but lots of posters and information provided in the reception building. Did not use the swimming pool so cannot comment on it.

喜欢: Piękne widoki dookoła, bardzo fajna restauracja, przepiękne łazienki- nowe i bardzo czyste. Są wyposażone w pralkę i suszarkę. Ładne duże parcele, z dostępem do prądu i wody. Bardzo dobry internet.

喜欢: The Camping was great, had a spacious place for our 4 person tent, with enough space to park the car next to it. Waking up with mountains all around, with a clear sky you can see them all, some days we had some clouds which had it's own beauty. The toilets and showers were very clean, the showers are way better than expected and free. The wifi worked well and a gas station near the entrance, which is nice when you're traveling through the country.
