About 20 minutes’ walk/five minutes’ bike ride from the centre of Luttenberg (a small town, but big enough to house a supermarket and a pub), this award-winning site is jam-packed with enough activities to keep even the wriggliest kids busy for hours/days on end. For starters, there's a choice of two swimming pools – an outdoor one with waterslide and paddling pool, and an indoor one with retractable roof that can be opened on warmer days.
Beyond that, the nippers can spend days bouncing around between the tennis court, miniature golf, playground and trampolines – and in high season they’ll also have kids’ club activities to choose from.
Grownups are welcome to use many of these same facilities too, of course – although it may also be that you’d like to sneak off to the wellness area, which has a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room along with a peaceful place to relax. There’s also plenty of space to relax at the restaurant, whether you'd like to eat in the snack plaza or take drinks out onto the terrace (for something a bit quicker in between activities, the snack bar serves up chips, sandwiches, burgers and the like).
Should you find time to head out of the site, you can hire bikes for getting around the local area, or take the car to top-notch attractions like Burgers' Zoo and Slagharen theme park.

Bringing or hiring bikes is a good idea for getting around – Luttenberg is on a cycle path, and there are plenty more trails in the surrounding Hellendoornseberg, Heath and Luttenberg areas. If you’d rather walk, the Pieterpad long-distance walking route passes the town and there are some great trails in Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park (10 minutes’ drive/20 minutes’ cycle).
For days out that are likely to find favour with the family, take the kids for laser games, pirate adventures and log flumes at Hellendoorn Adventure Park (10 minutes' drive) or plan a full day out among the rides, shows and waterpark activities of Slagharen theme park (half an hour).
You’re likely to spot some native wildlife on local bike rides, but for something more exotic, pay a visit to Apenheul primate park (45 minutes) or explore the many different habitats of Burgers' Zoo (50 minutes).

喜欢: Aardig personeel, prima Brasserie en een mooie omgeving.
Toiletgebouwen erg schoon en de camping was netjes.
不喜欢: Veel te veel honden, constant geblaf.
Buitenbad ijskoud.
Gebrek aan rust door het feit dat pitches erg dicht op elkaar zitten. binnen 5 meter hadden we 2x achterburen, 2 voorburen, links en rechts buren. Er lijken geen regels te zijn m.b.t. stil zijn na X uur. Van 1600-2100 1 grote BBQ rookbom.
