喜欢: Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Stellplatz mit Sicht zum Lago di Orta.Der Pool ist klein aber sehr gepflegt. Brötchenservice und kleiner Shop. Toll zum Wandern und total unkompliziert mit unseren zwei Hunden. Würden sofort wieder dort buchen. Ein Punkt Abzug für den Sanitärbereich der sehr veraltet, jedoch immer sehr sauber war.

喜欢: The view was stunning. Our host most welcoming and accommodating. The pitches were level and of an ample size. Showers, included in the pitch price, were clean and there was plenty of hot water

不喜欢: Drive up needed care, but all the bad bends had mirrors, so it was relatively easy to see what was coming and plan the turn accordingly. We were towing a trailer and had no trouble. I suspect the driver of a long wheelbase motorhome would have a different experience

喜欢: Very clean, well maintained park. Very good facilities, great location, very nice and helpful staff.

不喜欢: The only things I disliked were that the toilets had no toilet seats, and the shower that I had to pay extra for was only Luke warm and would shut off immediately if the timer ran out.

Siamo dispiaciuti che la nostra struttura non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
La piazzola assegnata aveva l'erba appena tagliata e le aiuole perimetrali curate la vista era esclusiva sulla penisola di Orta e sull'isola di San Giulio una delle poche piazzole con questo privilegio abbiamo ospiti che da oltre 10 anni tornano regolarmente e richiedono quella sistemazione in particolare. Il bocco sanitari purtroppo non è di recentissima costruzione ma viene pulito più volte durante la giornata.
Io personalmente l'ho aiutata nel posizionamento del suo camper accompagnandola nel percorso e facilitandole l'accesso. Le ho fornito le informazioni sul campeggio e sulla zona.
Il Wi Fi come illustratole è disponibile gratuitamente attualmente solo nelle aree comuni di ingresso, bar e piscina.
Il servizio di ristorazione non era disponibile nella sera del vostro arrivo ma abbiamo fornito un alternativa con il servizio di pizza con consegna in struttura.
Restiamo a disposizione ed aperti a tutte le critiche costruttive al fine di poter migliorare il soggiorno di ogni futuro ospite. Cordialmente Paolo.

不喜欢: Facilities were dated but not sure if its an Italian thing, pitches were small and the electric wasn't powerful enough to even boil a kettle so lucky we have LPG also!

喜欢: Lovely surroundings well kept pitches
Clean facilities
Lake orta and orta SG stunning and much quieter than the bigger lakes of the area.
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Very good value for money in May time and better than staying in those more expensive touristy areas

不喜欢: Bit of a climb up to campsite - very winding road and in some parts narrow. You need a vehicle as the walk up is a bit of an endurance test unless you are naturally athletic. You need to do your shopping before you get up there as not much up there as site shop closed until high season (not as advertised on pitch up which said cafe shut but shop open in may)
But these negatives are wholly outweighed by the above positives

不喜欢: Non mi è piaciuto perché c'era un cane che veniva a disturbare il nostro e si aggirava per il campeggio nonostante fosse legato inoltre i bagni erano sempre molto sporchi

来自经理: La ringraziamo comunque per il suo commento ci spiace che la nostra struttura non si stata all'altezza delle sue aspettative anche se abbiamo cercato di accontentare le sue richieste. I servizi igienici vengono verificati e puliti più volte al giorno purtroppo durante il suo soggiorno a causa della pioggia si potevano trovare macchie di terriccio lascate dalle scarpe degli ospiti come è normale che sia in queste situazioni.
Cerchiamo di controllare ed contestare il comportamento scorretto degli ospiti che quando non si sentono osservati ne approfittano per liberare i loro animali o li lasciano abbaiare senza motivo. Se avesse fatto presente subito il suo disagio saremmo intervenuti tempestivamente. Cordiali Saluti
