A splendid sea-view site on the Campania coast, within strolling distance of the centre of Sorrento – sounds good, si? Set forth for family-run Villaggio Campeggio Santa Fortunata, in a quiet hillside spot a couple of kilometres from the famed resort’s beaches, shops and restaurants. If you think it sounds good already you may well surmise that it gets even better when you note such things as the fragrant olive, lemon and oak trees that fill the grounds, and nifty touches including an on-site restaurant (with both tasty food and sea views, of course) and a mini market for your snacks, drinks and other bits and bobs. Although the sea views may be fab, no doubt you’ll be wanting to get rather closer to the clear waters of the Amalfi coast – and you can with great ease from here, as there’s a small beach a very short walk away. If you like your swims and sunbathing to come with even less effort, settle at the open-air pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with parasols and loungers, or find more of the same at a chilled-out clifftop sunbathing area. Once you’ve sauntered around Sorrento, it’s worth noting that this site is handily placed for jaunts elsewhere along the Amalfi coast: day trips to Positano, Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Capri all await (assuming you can rouse yourself from the sun lounger and sea views…)

喜欢: Everything was fantastic. Toilets and showers were clean and water nice and warm, shuttle bus into town was regular and drivers always so nice. The shop sold everything you might need or have forgotten. Ladies in there were great. The view we had was spectacular. Can’t fault it at all.

不喜欢: Although the food in the restaurant was lovely and the take out pizzas soooo delicious, the restaurant is too ‘posh’ for the site. It needs to be a casual pizza/pasta restaurant with less fancy options. I think more people would eat there if it was just regular pasta and pizza dishes.

喜欢: At the check-in reception the girl who checked us in, called AMBRA, was very pleasant friendly and informative also spoke very good English. She was very helpful and guided us for all of the 5 days we stayed. I have three daughters aged between 30 and 50 years old, I would be very proud if any of them were as polite and friendly as AMBRA !!
The campsite was clean and with good wash facilities, the market shop was well stocked and with a good reasonably priced deli, also the restaurant was very good. The views were fantastic overlooking the bay, and an excellent frequent shuttle bus service into Sorrento station. I only took one trip, to Capri, which was excellent value for money. I took the train to Naples, Pompii but it was very crowded it would have been better to have taken the organised trips from the campsite.
I will recommend and would return to this site again, hopefully AMBRA would still be working at the campsite she really was very helpful and pleasant.

不喜欢: Not enough hanging in the toilets and showers, and no wheelchair toilets. No free WiFi, and having to go online to book and pay for the washing and drying facilities, and as with many campsites in Italy no hot water in the sinks for shaving, but at least the hair and hand dryer was very good.

喜欢: Sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz, sauber , alle MA super freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett 👍 hat alles was ein Campingplatz braucht

不喜欢: Wir waren auf der oberen Etage, hier könnte man die Sanitär Anlagen erneuern, weiter unten waren sie schon besser, auch fehlen mir die Hinweisschilder wie man zum Strand kommt und wieder zurück, das sind definitiv zu wenig, wir haben uns ständig verlaufen

喜欢: Super Service, super sanitäre Anlagen, sehr schöner Strand, toller Campingplatz. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

不喜欢: Leider schließen Strände und Pool ab 18:30Uhr und öffnen erst um 9:30 Uhr.

喜欢: Witam. Bardzo miła obsługa na campingu. Obiekt bardzo czysty.
Sanitaria również. W opiniach czytałem że było bardzo głośno ale nie mogę się z tym zgodzić. Podczas naszego pobytu było naprawdę bardzo spokojnie.

不喜欢: Basen i zejście na plażę zamykane około godz 17-18. Nie udało nam się skorzystać. Czepki obowiązkowe na basenie. na basenie

喜欢: Die Anlage war mega schön gelegen. Alles toll in Stufen angelegt. Toiletten wurden jeden morgen geputzt. Stellenweise mit Meerblick. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Auch die jungen Männer, welche man traf auf ihren kleinen Mobilen. Wenn man gewunken hat, hielten sie an und nahmen uns spontan mit. Auch der Bus perfekt, nur 2 EU eine Fahrt nach Sorrento.

不喜欢: Im Geschäft auf dem Gelände ein sixpack Wasser für 16 EU, das fanden wir sehr übertrieben teuer.
Sehr schade war,wir hatten kein bisschen Meerblick, nur Bäume 🌳 vor der Nase.
Leider gibt es da nur einen Weg zum Meer 🌊, sehr sehr weit und für nicht so fitte Menschen sehr beschwerlich bergab, bergauf muss man echt sportlich sein, ca eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch.
Nirgendwo haben wir etwas von Animation mitbekommen, obwohl es angepriesen wurde.

喜欢: Camping położony w pięknym miejscu z widokiem na zatokę i miasto Sorrento a z drugiej strony Vezuwiusz.
Plaza jest ale trzeba zejść w dół campingu jakieś 15 min I potem wejść pod górę.
Z campingu do miasta odjeżdża autobus campingowy za 2€/os.
Siłownia i worki do boksu są też 🙂

不喜欢: Sanitariaty są w klimacie południowych Włoch. Mega stare. Panowie sprzątają raz dziennie.
Na campingu jest masa jaszczurek i mrówek więc jak kochacie naturę to miejsce dla was. Bez preparatu na mrowki ani rusz. Preparat dostępny w markecie na campingu za 8€. W Conad za 5€. Wi fi jest ale musisz sobie wykupić pakiet na 1h lub 7 dni.

You’ll surely start in Sorrento, strolling through the lovely Old Town, sipping local limoncello in shaded piazzas and soaking up some of the old fishing-village vibe by dining at a seafood restaurant by the harbour. Sorrento’s also the spot to pick up a boat ride over to the island of Capri – once you’re there, flag down a smaller vessel to dart in and out of the coves and caves along the craggy shoreline, such as the shimmering Blue Grotto. You may also like to rub shoulders with other glam guests at one of the island’s swanky beach clubs – or you may prefer to take to one of the island’s hiking trails if you’d rather a bit more space to yourself. Where else? Well, if it’s these little seaside towns that are your style, plan an outing to Positano (35 minutes’ drive). For a big city vibe, nip up to Naples (an hour), perhaps venturing to the crater of Vesuvius enroute. For much-famed history, take a trip to the Pompeii Archaeological Park (45 minutes) and/or Herculaneum (an hour).
