不喜欢 Food was poor. Electric hookup had a low threshold. As soon as tried to boil the kettle it blew! Come on!

Low hanging tree branches not great for a high Motorhome of 3.1m

Staff were rude and cold as soon as we complained about food being undercooked/cold. When I complained, I was presented with a large plate and told to put all the families food that was cold on it and he would heat it back up! So we put our chicken nuggets on and got them re-heated whilst we ate the rest of our meal! No offer of changing it!

喜欢 Schöner grasbewachsener Stellplatz mit sauberen Anlagen. Die Betreiber des Platzes waren sehr freundlich und boten die Möglichkeit eines gemeinsamen Abendessens mit anderen Gästen und Animation. Wir würden wiederkommen.

喜欢 The site is big and has everything you need.

不喜欢 We booked 14th june, before I booked I checked the pool was open, this was the only reason I booked this site, to have a swim after a long drive. But the pool wasn't open and not even clear ready. We drive 30 mins out of our way get a pool too.
It said on the site the pool would be open in June

来自经理: cher Monsieur, je suis désolée que vous soyez venu la nuit du 14 au 15 juin pour la piscine alors qu'elle n'est ouverte qu'en juillet et août. Dans la fiche du camping il y a deux informations contradictoires : dans l'introduction et la présentation générale il est clairement écrit que la piscine est ouverte en juillet et août uniquement. Ce sont dans les notes supplémentaires que l'information n'est pas à jour et nous allons demander à Pitchup de corriger tout de suite. Votre commentaire est très cassant et blessant et nous ne le méritons pas, le camping est extrêmement propre et très bien entretenu, très calme et vous avez été très bien accueillis. Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi vous ne nous avez pas parlé de la piscine et que vous critiquez derrière notre dos, pourquoi tant de haine ?? Par contre le snack était bien ouvert alors qu'il annoncé fermé jusqu'au 1er juillet.. Nous espérons de vous revoir pour un plus long séjour..
