Vineyards, forests and mountains: what a spectacular setting for a getaway. Camping de Montolieu is a 20-minute walk away from the village of Montolieu, with its cafés, restaurants, local produce shops, second-hand booksellers and artists' studios. After your stroll through the local valleys, there's nothing like a refreshment on the terrace of the site's snack bar followed by dinner after one of the available activities: ping pong or table football. For more action, a tennis court and football pitch are next to the site, and a heated open-air pool is available five minutes’ walk away in July and August. Concerts and a local market are also available on site during summer. The site’s other weekly activities in summer also include sociable communal meals and the chance to sample the fruits of those vineyards in wine tasting sessions with local tipples from the surrounding Cabardès appellation.

喜欢: Greated by a lovely lady, who explained everything we needed to know about the site, and I asked questions about the area regarding places to visit, originally booked for 2 nights but stayed extra because the weather was so nice, visited carcassone a must, a montelieu, was very quaint, clean facilities, and used the washing machine whilst staying. Would stay again.

不喜欢: If your a light sleeper, there is some road noise.

不喜欢: de door hagen afgeschermde plekken waren erg hoog. Er moest nodig gesnoeid worden.

喜欢: This was a really nice site and very friendly owners. The food on site although limited was really nice, cooked on site and really tasty. The pitch was a good size and good screening. Showers were basic but water was warm and were a really good size.

A château visit is almost obligatory around here: perhaps to the remains of Château de Saissac (15 minutes’ drive), or to the Châteaux de Lastours (half an hour), where no fewer than four castles peer down on the village from their hilltop setting. And for those with something of an interest in their vino, surely a stop at one (or all) of the area’s wineries must also be on the cards – there are several within a 20-minute drive, so take your pick. Got the kids in tow? Perhaps dial down on the wine-based tourism and instead aim for the antipodean animal park Le Parc Australien (half an hour) or underground exploration at the Gouffre de Cabrespine (45 minutes). If you only make it to one day out around here though, it really should be to Carcassonne (20 minutes), famed for its fairytale-like hilltop medieval citadel and 12th-century castle and a fine place to board boat trips on the Canal du Midi.

通用条款

15/07至15/08举办各类娱乐活动。

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
