喜欢: Very welcoming and friendly girl on reception pitch was ideal all staff I had contact with were very pleasant and helpful especially as I do not speak good French. Showers and toilets clean enjoyed the stay

喜欢: Las parcelas muy grandes y mucha sombra. Todo muy limpio y la gente del camping muy amable. La piscina estaba genial

Merci pour votre avis.
Il ne s'agissait pas uniquement d'un campeur mais de plusieurs personnes qui prenaient leur douche tardivement, claquaient les portes des douches, parlaient fort et écoutaient de la musique. De nombreux emplacements étaient dérangés par les nuisances sonores et pour le bien de tous nous avons fermé les douches à 23h plusieurs jours. Nous souhaitons que le camping reste agréable pour tous et que chacun puisse se reposer correctement, d'autant plus de 23h est une heure relativement tardive.

喜欢: Really nice staff, great pool and big pitches (if you opt for large).

不喜欢: Facilities seemed to always be broken or in a state of disrepair. No noise curfew so very loud at night.

Personal muy amable y colaborador.

喜欢: Proximity to a wonderful cycle path.
Relative proximity to an amazing beach at Mimizan Plage.
Very friendly life guard.

不喜欢: No hand soap in bathrooms- in a post-Covid world this seems unreal!
The campsite stopped loo roll in the toilets for a number of days, so it was take your own loo roll- again unreal!
Very dusty site- the car was blathered in a horrible brown dust.
Lots of ants.
Very small pitches- with no privacy hedges- never encountered this in France before- always had huge, grassy pitches, demarked with hedging.
Barely any grass on the pitch- mainly a sandy dust.
WiFi quality very poor.

来自经理: What would seem unreal is that campers don't bring soap with them!
What also seems unreal is the lack of respect shown by some campers who emptied an entire roll of toilet paper to roll up all the toilets. For this reason, we were forced to remove the toilet paper for one day.
The site is dusty when holidaymakers don't respect the speed limit (10 km/h in the campsite).
The pitches are the size indicated on the site, and are delimited by shrubs, because we don't want to barricade the area - that's not the camping spirit we want. At the end of the summer, when the campers have put tarpaulins on the ground, unfortunately the grass does choke! And you're wrong: in France, there are many campsites where the pitches are not marked out.

喜欢: Super quite ,clean . Easy to get on cycle routes . Friendly staff . Really enjoyed it .
