喜欢: Dog Facilities, immaculate bathrooms (free hairdryers included), coffee machines and having a tap on our pitch.

This site have really thought about what people want. We are a couple in our late 40’s, no kids who travel with us, we love our dog. And so it was just perfect for us.

The shower facilities - they are the best we’ve seen, they were spotlessly clean, there were nice soaps & hand creams, which is a lovely touch. The best part was the vanity cubicles. They had complimentary toiletries (I forgot my hairspray so thank you I appreciated using that), hairdryers and straighteners (free to use), and a sink. It felt very luxurious and set me up nicely for our day out.

It was lovely to be able to arrive & go to our pitch ourselves as soon as we got there. No waiting around. But the owner did come to say hello a few hours after we arrived, a nice personal touch & he gave some tips on where to go in the area.

We’ve been to a lot of sites in the last couple of decades but this one ticked almost every box & that’s rare. It was so peaceful, everyone respected the quiet & it was a very relaxing stay.

喜欢: Best campsite we have ever stayed on. Quiet, beautiful large pitch, beautiful views, amazing facilities, good WiFi, friendly helpful owners, enjoyed watching jets from the local base fly over. Great value for money. Will definitely return.

喜欢: The site was great. Staff were very helpful and the site isn't too big. The play area for the dogs was very much appreciated by our two little doggies. The site was very clean and the toilets/showers were immaculate. The shower/toilet block was always warm and the showers themselves were great. The addition of music in the showers was a nice touch too! We also had to fall back on site wifi part way through our stay as our Starlink broke (apparently dropping them in canals isn't what you're meant to do) and the wifi worked fine for us, so that was also appreciated as we work whilst we travel (with a VPN of course!)

不喜欢: The only negative for us was that there were little immediate walks from the site for longer dog walks. Don't let this put you off though as there are many just a few minutes drive away.

喜欢: The pitches are amazingly kept and lovely and flat. There is grass pitches and grass + hardstanding. I stayed on the grass pitch. They are segregated so you feel like you have your own little area. Electric hook up and water point per pitch which was nice.
The toilets and showers block was immaculate ! Deffinatly the best I've seen and used before. Will deffinatly be back in the future.
Also the dog field is a great size with a few activities for the dogs aswell.
