Excellent pitches
The site itself was clean and tidy
不喜欢: Toilet/shower bloke needs a complete overhaul, flooring that you could actually lift up if you wanted to.
Very unclean, lots of cobwebs which tells me it's not had a big clean in a very long time. I refused to use it, stuck with the shower in my van.
Elson point has to be the very worst we have ever seen on a site.
Looks like a child has built it.
Hose pipe left lying with excrement on it. Need to bleach your hands after using.
Lack of dog poo bins, only saw 1
Nobody on reception at the point of check out. I've not heard anything about the refund on from my electric card. I'll be emailing them later.
Before arriving at the site I spoke to the receptionist on the phone to get details about what to do on arrival as she wouldn't be there. When I arrived the guy on the bar gave me an envelope but couldn't tell me anything such as which direction am I going. On the call I Asked for £25 to be put on the card, she refused because she doesn't like to give refunds when people leave!!!! So the electric ran out on Saturday night when reception was closed.

喜欢: The pitch was excellent. Facilities were very clean and tidy.
不喜欢: The ramp leading to the chemical waste disposal area was very steep.

喜欢: Pitches were well-kept, beautiful scenery and nice views. Trip into Conwy you could get a bus outside and travel in so you could enjoy the trip, have a beer and come back on a family ticket for £12.80. Even covered the dog on that so it was a nice day out.
不喜欢: The first night we were there the bar was empty, the bar man was very accommodating and even told us about things to do in the town. Invited us to a party (owners) the next night. We were clearly not owners as we had asked about the area in great detail and wanted to know what to do. He even sorted out our electric pass as we were having problems with it.
We went in the second night and had asked if we could book a table as it was our friend's birthday. He said we could have it from 7pm. When we got there at 7pm he was really rude and standoffish. Kept asking us if we were owners as if we had gone in uninvited and people had complained to him about us even being there. There were offers on like baby Guinness so I asked if I could have two in a glass which should have been £5 but then charged my partner £9.30 and said as it is like that we don't do the offer :/. Not impressed by the second night and basically charged us all an extra £1 a drink from the night. We only went back to the facilities from the town as we had booked a table, else we would have stayed in Conwy and had an evening there.
Spoilt our night really!

喜欢: The pitch was Tidy and level. Staff friendly.
不喜欢: The shower blocks need updating and cleaning. The site in general needs to be cleaned, felt a bit neglected. Noise from the main road can be heard through the night.
