喜欢: The campsite was spacious and well maintained. The facilities were clean and showers were hot.
Not too crowded even on the bank holiday weekend.
Tent Pitch was nice and level.

不喜欢: We had the site to ourselves but did not receive a welcome email or even a welcome - no one around when we got there or during our stay, we had to call the owner who was away! Was told to choose a pitch and park wherever - no water for washing up as one sink not working and the other dismantled

喜欢: Showers and toilets were fine. Small campsite.
不喜欢: The bins were overflowing.
The diary farm appeared to be over the road, however there was a lane/entrance behind the site and I can only associate that with the cow poop smell and associated midges.

喜欢: The peaceful location, the cleanliness of the facilities, the helpfulness of Matt the owner, and the fact that the working mill had a visit from the King and Queen who also loved their mill and flour, added a bit of kudos to my pub stories in the future... hobnobbing with royalty :)
