添加您的业务详细信息Fancy a break that mixes up fabulous country walks with days out in Glasgow (and maybe a bit of alpaca trekking thrown in for good measure)? That’s exactly the kind of thing you can easily achieve during a stay at Edenmill Campsite, a rural Stirlingshire site a mile from Carbeth.
This location has a pretty spectacular backdrop for outdoor stays, positioned in the hilly landscape between the Campsie Fells and Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. From here you can head out on hikes along the nearby John Muir Way and West Highland Way, or take a 10-minute drive to Bearsden or Milngavie to board a train for the short journey into Glasgow city centre. A walk to Queen’s View, a mile away, is a must for stunning views across to Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond.
How you allocate your time is completely up to you – but it’s a good idea to include a bit of time spent on site too. And that’s because Edenmill isn’t just a campsite but also a farm shop, café and soft play centre. That means plenty of tasty meals should be on the cards, whether you order them from the café or pick up fresh bits for outdoor meals back at your pitch. And of course there’s also that alpaca trekking, which you can organise on site for a different way to see the scenery…
