喜欢 Site is a large, open field. Beautiful views and even with roughly 20 other campers it still felt like we had plenty of space. We camped in our Tentbox and this was no problem at all. Two compostable toilets which were also very handy! Owner is lovely, he came over and had a chat with us which was nice. Site is just off the main road.

Fairy lights around the site were a sweet touch

喜欢 Beautiful views, plenty of space per pitch, friendly staff, check-in anytime, so perfect when leaving home on Friday after work. Would stay again but only for a night to break up the onward journey.

不喜欢 Extremely basic facilities (we knew this at time of booking) but this can be challenging if staying more than 1 night. There are just 2 unisex compost toilets for the whole site. Only cold running water in taps and only a single sink for the entire campsite, which is not sufficient for the number of people who can stay there. Road up to the campsite is pretty rough so cars with very low clearance might struggle. No showering facilities. The price to take a dog with you is very steep (£10!) compared to the price of the actual campsite for humans.

来自经理: Thank you for coming to stay with us Thrudur! It's true we're a simple site, although you might well find showers if you drop by next year... :) Also to clarify, dogs are £5 per night, so £10 over two nights.

喜欢 Loved the camera obscura toilet! Toilets were clean, nice quiet location. Brought beer from the brewery, although yet to try.

喜欢 Could arrive at any time! Not many campsites allow this.
When we knew we'd arrive later at night this was amazing.

Views are amazing. Campsite owner was amazing aswell!

不喜欢 - Could do with more benches by the fire
- The grass is tall so does mean very wet feet when its rainy
- A bit noisy at night due to people at fire being up very late with music playing

喜欢 Beautiful views and really lovely vibe at the campsite with very friendly owners. Really great location too, close to supermarkets, camping gear shops and Ben Nevis!! Felt very cosy on site when other people pitched up. Great beer too at their brewery!! Would really recommend staying.

不喜欢 One thing I would say to the campsite is maybe add a high squatty potty in the compostable toilet 😂because my feet struggled to reach the ground which isn’t the most comfortable when using it

喜欢 Perfect spot for the visiting during the mountain biking with the shuttle bus on site.

Lovely friendly staff and food put on by the brewery on the Saturday evening was a bonus.
