喜欢 I really enjoyed my stay at Hillend Camping and Motorhome Aire. The site is set in a beautiful, very rural location with lots of open space and woodland walks, which made it perfect for both me and my dog. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and I appreciated the peaceful countryside atmosphere.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the site felt safe and dog-friendly. My dog loved the space to explore, and it was easy to get out into nature straight from the pitches.

不喜欢 The only downside was that a few other campers were quite loud at times, but this was absolutely not the fault of the hosts, who keep the site very well run.

喜欢 Shower was nice and thay was relaxed on were abouts you parked told you were it might be a bit wet to drive as thay had heavy rain

不喜欢 Only one dislike but not a problem no hot water to wash up with just boil kettle and take with you to wash up if you wanted hot water to wash with

We’re a simple, back to basics campsite with clean but basic facilities, so we’re a little puzzled by the low score of 6/10 when your written comments were very positive and as your only ‘dislike’ was a small point about washing-up water, which you said wasn’t really a problem?
Hopefully, we can welcome you back in the future.

喜欢 We liked the location, even though we felt like we were very remote, there was a large Tesco and local village a 6 minute drive away. It has very calm, quiet and beautiful surroundings. We felt very central for getting out and exploring the coastline and castle ruins, which were all about a 40 minute drive away.
There was plenty of room for my boys to kick a football around. The toilets and shower were very clean. Lauren and her mum were very friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK when they saw us.
Good mobile phone and Internet reception if you need it.

喜欢 The shower facilities felt safe and were clean. You have the whole room to get ready in so your clothes don’t get wet. The campsite was beautiful. There were fire pits that were available for use. All round a great campsite! 🏕️

喜欢 What an amazing holiday we had, we were very nervous about the storm, but decided to brave it. We survived it and so did our tent. When the storm passed at 4am, we felt amazing like different people. Honestly I don’t know how to explain it, but it felt good, like we had ticked something off our bucket lists.
We had the site all to ourselves for almost 3 nights. It’s a beautiful place, so peaceful. I give it a whole 10 star rating and we will definitely visit again.

喜欢 We only picked this site to get inland & hunker down from storm floris, but what a beautiful little site, pefectly clean toilets & shower, place to get drinking water, even though it was a windy day we just sat & watched the horses in the fields
