Thoulstone Park

喜欢: The campsite is in a brilliant location for Longleat safari park.
The site is well maintained and peacful.
We were greated upon arrival by the owner who explained everything that we needed to know.
Great for kids as there are free roaming friendly chickens to feed and pleanty of room for the children to play football and other ball games.
The showers incorperated in individual toilet blocks are hot and do the job perfectly.
Once we checked in we were left alone but also knew if we had a problem help was not far away.

不喜欢: Nothing really to dislike, if you're looking for a busy site this is not for you but for us it was perfect.

喜欢: Nice quiet place. Owner friendly and very helpful. Showers are warm and spacious. We arrived late into the evening but the owner was very helpful and on hand if we needed anything. Campsite is close enough to shops and attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

不喜欢: There was no washing up station but not really a problem.

喜欢: What a perfect place for a break away. And when the price was less than we expected it really was perfect. We went for a long weekend with the 4 teenage kids. We made a request for a secluded spot and The owner went above and beyond our expectation to provide. There was plenty of room for the kids to play cricket, football and the dogs had more than enough space to run around. The toilet/showers were clean and fresh everyday. We have already booked to go back at the end of the month without the kids. A big thank you again to the owner.

喜欢: The site was basic which we rather no frills! Nice private shower and toilet. Big piches and flat. Owner was accommodating and approachable. Plenty of room for the kids to play which the owner encouraged. Happy for firepit along as the grass was not ruined. Close to road but quiet

不喜欢: On arrival needs more signs and to be tidied up as was messy. But you get what you pay for we expected basic and we were happy.

喜欢: A Rustic site in good central location for visiting the local sights and attractions, lovely pub in Chapmanslade village. Owner was very helpful and a bit of a character .

不喜欢: Toilets and showers needed cleaning and shower water temp was tepid .

喜欢: Friendly owner, good location for Longleet, plenty of supermarkets etc within a short drive. Quiet site for a reasonable price
