喜欢: Location was perfect for catching up with family in Yeovil . Pitch was great lots of room and power water waste supply all good. Hosts both mother and son were very nice and friendly also helpful with local knowledge

不喜欢: The very dated toilet / shower block in serious need of makeover and a good clean. Really lets the site down. This is the only reason we would not return. Such a shame

喜欢: A friendly welcome, well-kept grounds, very quiet location, secure area to let the dog off the lead, day time cafe if you need one. Shower room, washing up area, laundry all available. A river to fish in close by but you need a licence and day pass. Hard standing was level with electric point and water on the pitch.

不喜欢: Shower room needs a bit of an update, hard to keep clothes dry. It might be too peaceful for some people as there's nothing closeby within walking distance.

喜欢: Flat pitch, peaceful location. Clean toilets. Unfortunately the pitch we were given was too wet so had to be relocated to a different pitch which was fine. Owners were lovely.

喜欢: Lovely clean well kept site. Staff were extremely accommodating and found me the perfect little spot to enjoy the peace and quiet. Out of season - not busy. Perfect for what I needed. Thank you

喜欢: Nice and quiet campsite located just outside Martock village. Small campsite, very quiet due to being the Christmas period. Site manager friendly and helpful on arrival to pitch.
Has laundry facilities if needed
Great places to walk nearby and some lovely cafes too.

不喜欢: We booked a fully serviced pitch (geo-blocked). Grass very muddy and pitch not private - close to neighbours (too close). Due to weather (freezing temperatures overnight), water was switched off overnight and could not access any water until 10:30am which isn’t ideal when you have a fully serviced pitch.
Toilets not cleaned on a regular basis, lack of toilet paper and dirty floors.
Lots of pot holes on the camp site and lack of light at night. Take bright torch.
No WIFI - lack of signal in places

喜欢: Ease of check-in despite being borderline late. Good sized pitch with hedge on one side for privacy.

不喜欢: I'm 6'5" and the showers barely came up to my bellow button! I'm obviously being a tad melodramatic but I've never had to deal with showers that were fixed so low. They were however hot and free so I can't complain too much.

喜欢: Level pitch, small site so all pitches are not too far from the facilities, enclosed dog area (although very small).
Would try another site in the area if we went back, but wouldn't rule out going back there again.

不喜欢: No men's shower, on website bistro said it was open Friday evenings, but that is no longer the case, toilets a bit dated.

来自经理: I'm thankful you took the time to rate our site, it helps us improve every year and we love to see how we can make everyone's stay here better, but for future refence the men's showers are located in the same building as the men's toilets, they are next to each other. 4 cubicles side by side, 2 are toilets and 2 are showers. Regarding opening hours of cafe and restaurant they are seasonal based. I hope you can appreciate that during non peak months we adjust our hours to help keep cost down for customers.
