不喜欢 Site were not forthcoming with options for bad weather. They said weather was fine on the Friday but it then was heavy rain and thunder and lightning on the first night which really frightened us. No check in the next day to see how we were

Your feedback is much appreciated, we work hard to make sure our campers have a good time, enjoy their stay and are safe. We often check in with our campers during their stay and I apologies for not checking in after the stormy weather. I have followed up with the staff in that day and our centre manager to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.

If you visit again and you need a member of staff we are at the campsite 9am - 10am and 3pm - 4pm and on site at the main reception 9am - 5pm. Our out of hours contact details can be found in the Campsite Hub room and washing up area.

We look forward to welcoming you back, hopefully when it's lovely and sunny!

喜欢 The lady who worked there was so helpful, even offering to help me set up my awning and lending me a mallet. The showers, toilets and washing up facilities were clean and the water was nice and hot.
The walks were really peaceful and beautiful. The hot chocolate in the cafe was lovely.
The free WiFi connected automatically on my devices.

喜欢 The location of this site was beautiful. The shower block and kitchen areas were immaculate. A 5 minute walk to the activity centre where you can hire paddle boards for £15 per hour. Lovely ice cream from the cafe too!

喜欢 We liked that it was peaceful, and enjoyed the walks.
Plenty of space around each vehicle when parked up on the pitch.
Toilets and showers were very clean.

We have stay there twice and definitely will stay again in our camper van (Bella) dogs are welcome.

喜欢 Beautiful Scenery. Lovely pod to stay in and a great pitch for my brothers van. The Children loved the environment and the pod especially :)
