Run by a family for families, Home Farm Holiday Park really does have everything your travel crew needs for a satisfying stint in Somerset… including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools (open in the warmer months), with the latter having a mini water factory and a toddler splash zone. (At both pools you'll need to book slots in advance to make sure they're never overcrowded.) Parents can sprawl out on a free sun lounger while the kids swim at this site five minutes' drive from Burnham-on-Sea… or find a babysitter and make their way towards the well-stocked fishing lake to reel in common carp, bream and pike (with an environmental rod licence plus a Home Farm Fishing Permit). A fully equipped gym’s also here for the adults, along with a sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room for an extra fee. Got the pup with you as well? A special dog-walking area is on site to make sure they're all tuckered out before the drive home Activities the clan can take part in together include live entertainment during the evenings at the Nite Owl complex, which has two amusement arcades, family-friendly restaurant and kids’ bar. 喜欢 Convenience of having the tap and hook up exclusively for us, wifi at pitch.

不喜欢 We have stayed a few times this year, always on the superpitch field which is supposed to be pet free. 2 or 3 times I have seen people walking dogs through this area.

When walking back from the clubhouse in the evening it is pitch black with no 'street' lighting working.

This area seems to be the one furthest from the toilet/shower block.

喜欢 Home Farm Holiday Park was a real treat, so clean and tidy with excellent facilities.
Fabulous shower blocks, club house and bar with fast food service.
Clear signage for waste disposal and chemical waste, adequate washing up areas and a doggie shower/bath.
A pretty river for fishing and a nice dog walking area.
Great security too with number plate recognition.

不喜欢 The pools were great but a shame you had to book to use the outside pool which often was not being used, such a shame.
I do understand booking the heated indoor pool though.
The spa which includes a small jacuzzi and sauna were great but the steam room was not heated so there was no steam.

不喜欢 Communication is poor, I emailed them to ask that I move the date or obtain a credit for the booking due to my van not working that morning - didn’t even get a reply. So won’t be rebooking this place. Will stay at Unity as their communication has always been top form.
