不喜欢 Overgrown, small pitches, lack of cleanliness in toilet/shower. Long distance to dishwashing facilities. Site looked run down

喜欢 Great location 25 minutes easy walk from Swanage Bay.

不喜欢 Very disappointed with site. The site was very scruffy, the toilets and showers were not clean (and we saw no sign of anybody having checked or cleaned them during our stay). Some of the toilet/shower locks were broken and there were no dryers or than towels in the ones we used. The waste for the grey waste was 6 inches above the ground so we had to keep lifting our waste hose up to drain it. When we came to use the Elson point near to us it was blocked and it was the only one I saw that had a hose attached to it for rinsing out our cassette. Sadly the pitches looked nothing like advertised.

喜欢 Nothing

不喜欢 Showers disgusting, chemical waste inadequate, water stations inadequate, electric hookup does not have sufficient power, pitches are too close together so you are tripping over neighbours guy ropes etc, grass on pitches is left uncut. All in all and extremely disappointing site and would not recommend to anyone.

喜欢 Good sized pitch with water and electrics , shower block was great

不喜欢 Only thing that let the sit down was the permanenty Park caravans they were left untidy with long grass around them

不喜欢 Smoke from fire pits, quite tired facilities and expensive compared with other sites in Dorset.

喜欢 Was close to swanage, town and beach,plenty of toilets, shower blocks clean and functional .food van had lovely food,reasonable priced. A young lady came round picking up other people's rubbish at 5 am both morning, We were there because she wanted it clean for when you woke up, and she's a volunteer. How nice is that.
You might leave rubbish packed and ready to take to the bin in the morning, but wildlife can mess up your plans .

喜欢 The single unit shower / toilet cubicles and relaxed vibe.

不喜欢 I had to weed our hard standing , there is limited garden maintenance . The other toilet block is to be avoided .

不喜欢 This is an awful campsite and I wish we had read the reviews prior to booking. The photos on the booking site are not at all a true representation of this site and are very misleading.
The site is rundown, the pitches are overgrown with thistles and stinging nettles and the site looks so untidy with multiple cars everywhere.
There are obviously a lot of residents living at this site permanently. Cars were driving up and down the tracks at speed all day and night.
The toilets are filthy and the locks do not work on the doors.
After having to listen to a man screaming obscenities at his very young children until the early hours of the morning we just didn’t feel safe at all and left early the next morning and moved to another site.
