喜欢 Our pitch was close to the toilet/shower facilities which were clean and saw cleaners go in regularly.

不喜欢 Only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower took some time to come through . Food took a while to arrive in the restaurant and the Wi-Fi wasn't good there

喜欢 The whole site was clean and tidy. Nicely layed out pitches, good size pitches lots of room for motorhomes with awnings.
Shower block also very clean and tidy.
On site facilities very good lots to do and see, a round of crazy golf is a must.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Service in the boathouse restaurant quick and easy to order from the parkdean app.
Food delivery is available to your pitch.

喜欢 Restaurants food was good, but expensive.
Nice well laid out site.

不喜欢 Touring toilet blocks very dated, worn and stank.
Poor guy doing the cleaning was doing a great job but a mixture of dated facilities that really need replacing and people not understanding basic toileting skills, it really does need a refit.

喜欢 The park had plenty of facilities

不喜欢 The toilets/ showers were disgusting. People seemed to lack the basics skills, like flushing a toilet. Aiming for the the toilet would have been a bonus

喜欢 The facilities, the pitch was well maintained and easy to pitch up. The reception was good and security was good.
It a lively site. Lots of activities and my kids had plenty to do. It was kept lovely and clean and there were lots of staff around.
Good bars, ice cream area, shop is good.
We would visit again.

不喜欢 Very busy, lots of queuing to use the pool.
Very noisy in the social areas which is to be expected I suppose but depends what you like as it’s very lively.
The busy nature meant that the Quinn cause a lot of anger and the guests were not very friendly about it so I could see why they had so much security.

不喜欢 Almost everything where do I start discussing dirty shower and toilet block with freezing cold showers 2 blocks were closed .Travellers everywhere with logos and signage on vans riding E bikes quads and high powered electric motorbikes at 11 pm at night this is clearly not allowed and was in the e mail I received complained 3 times nothing was done Out door swimming pool closed on Friday's arrival day boiling hot day .ice cream vendors closed also staff are all young kids and are helpfull but not mature enough to make adult decisions like asking the Travellers to comply...Will never stay at this site again .

喜欢 All ov site just the pitch up site used to book holiday

不喜欢 Messed up my stay using pitch up booked for 2 night just gave me one ov the days then trying to book on different site for the sat I should ov got . They gave me wrong day for following week.. now hard to get refunded and ruined time with my kids

喜欢 We had a lovely spacious area to park in away from any noise. All the staff were lovely. Food was reasonably priced and especially nice from the Thunderbird Chicken van. The evening entertainment was pretty good, especially the 2 girl singers. We loved the Sunday night Theatre Music. Also good to note is the cheap buses that you can catch just outside the front of the resort. We didn’t use either of the pools so can’t really comment on them, but the outdoor pool did look quite nice

不喜欢 The showers and toilets were quite problematic throughout our stay. Female toilets in the main newer block were generally blocked with paper and the water was mostly cold for the showers and washing up. That said, I think the staff were continually trying to rectify the problem and on our last day the toilets were spotless and the water was nice and hot

喜欢 The pitch size was brilliant and in a corner so we had one family at one side only, it was very peaceful, tranquil and just perfect
