Secret Skies Retreat

A cosy pod for two and your furry friends. The pod features a self-catering kitchen equipped with a fridge, two-ring halogen hob, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. There is a small bathroom with a full-height shower, loo and sink. A king-size bed is placed in the centre of the room with a breakfast bar behind the headboard and looking out upon a private garden and spectacular views of the surrounding area. There is a small electric heater to warm the pod on chilly evenings. Towels, dressing gowns and slippers are provided along with a hairdryer, complimentary coffee pods, tea, milk and sugar as well. In the garden, there is a small patio area with a bistro set, fire pit with a BBQ rack available and marshmallows with skewers to enjoy, as well as a double camping chair and an electric hot tub. The garden is securely fenced for your dogs to enjoy. Logs, kindling and firelighters are provided for the fire pit; however, if you wish to get a refill, you can text my number and a refill will be provided for an extra charge., This is an ideal location for those who seek some peace and tranquillity or for those who enjoy walking or cycling.

We are a 5-minute walk from open moorland where you can pick up the Two Moors Way footpath and explore Exmoor right through to Dartmoor. Tiverton is a 15-minute drive away, where you can find Knightshayes house and grounds (National Trust). Tiverton has a beautiful canal and barge boats, and also a museum. South Molton is a 15-minute drive, a beautiful market town with a weekly pannier market. Rock and Rapids climbing wall and Quincy's honey farm. The Red Lion pub is situated in the village of Oakford (3.2 miles away) The Masons Arms pub and restaurant at Knowstone (2 miles away). Booking essential. Dulverton is a beautiful market town just a 20-minute drive. We are 5 minutes from the North Devon link road (A361), which will provide quick and easy routes to the North Devon coast with fabulous beaches.
