喜欢: Lovely walks our dog loved it, nice flat pitches. Friendly camp staff.

不喜欢: Toilets were basic no heating but ok.

喜欢: Quietness of location, ease of setting up, independent check-in, cleanliness of showers and toilets.

不喜欢: Entry road is quite potholed: particularly tricky when towing as it’s even harder then to dodge them.

喜欢: Everything! We had a lovely stay here, very quiet and relaxing and wish we could have stayed longer. Pitches were perfectly level for our caravan, spacious, with everything we needed (water electric) within easy reach. Facilities were lovely with nice, clean, hot, modern showers, and toilets. My daughter enjoyed the trampoline and small park and it was lovely to see the animals every day. We also took our dog and he enjoyed the various walks on site through the woodlands. The shop and cafe were not open during our stay so couldn’t comment on that but was no problem for us. Owners were very friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

喜欢: Another beautiful stay at this site. Wish we had another night.
Hot showers very welcome after a cold night, and the children loved the free and safe feeling. Hired a fire pit that was waiting on our pitch when we got there. Love the self check-in for easy arrival.

不喜欢: Little playground needs attention before peak season as some of it was unsafe.

喜欢: Fabulous camp site in a beautiful, unspoilt and quiet area. We were really impressed with the washing facilities. The cafe didn’t seem to be open, wasn’t clear on opening hours- early in the season still so may not open until it’s busier. Farm animals were lovely to visit. Lovely walks and dogs welcome on lead. First time trying out our roof tent so we stayed local. We will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends and family.

不喜欢: Climbing frame seemed a little unsafe and wobbly

喜欢: The quietness, the dark sky, the friendly site team, the fact that even though it was only a couple of days before the end of the season everything was clean and accessible in terms of toilet and shower facilities.

不喜欢: The ground was a little boggy - not the site’s fault, more the preceding days of rain. The entry and exit drives are quite pot-holed and could perhaps do with a bit of attention after the winter has done its worst.

不喜欢: Didn't see a reception - so we just parked up.

Very boggy ground in October. Wet feet to get to the toilets and uncomfortable pitches.

Too expensive for low season.

Most toilets/showers were locked.

Strange mingling of vanity sinks with washing up sinks. Equipment provided for washing up was dirty and mouldy.

喜欢: Level pitches, with hard standing, good amount open areas on site to explore, good ehu.

不喜欢: Felt like they had really wound there attention to the facilities back, only a couple of loos and showers were unlocked, and sadly they felt like they hadn’t been cleaned for a day or two, no paper towels to dry your hands, mud and grass in the showers.
