喜欢: Quiet site even though it was in a residential area

不喜欢: Toilets and showers were very dirty. On one day there was only 3 female toilets for the whole site.

来自经理: Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to see you have given an overall 1/10 and that you didn't enjoy your Brixham stay with us as a location with surrounding areas. We have had rave reviews for the same period of time from couples/families so I can only assume it was not your kind of place.

I can only apologise for how you felt about the facilities, as a fully booked site for when you came the cleaners worked relentlessly. We do have 7 x ladies toilets and they are situated either side of reception. 4 x one side, 3 x the other. We shut one side for thorough cleaning and after that the other sides facilities, I feel you may have come to use them as this was happening. The cleaners do have to wait until all guests are out of the showers/sink areas to do their job.

喜欢: From a warm welcome, lovely clean site with everything you need. Cracking bar on site with lots of outdoor seating, clean showers and toilets, with washing facitlities. Good play areas for the kids too. Nice and handy for Brixham port for shopping pubs and bus terminal.

Wifi is not so great currently but the reason is we have now been waiting for BT to sort for a few weeks after many logged calls, as they have identified a fault. I am sorry but if and when you come again this should've been addressed.

Regarding the shop although the Co-op is 10 minutes walk away, our next project is a shop in the reception area. We have opened the Snack Shack this season and other very expensive works that guests wouldn't see like our sewerage pumps. So more to come!

喜欢: Fantastic site with amenities and close to everything we needed.

不喜欢: The shower blocks by the evenings were like a mud bath, people didn't mop up after themselves and both evenings I spent 10mins cleaning the floor of a shower cubicle before using. They needed checking more frequently as they were dangerously slippery.

Unfortunately as our cleaners work until the afternoon, sometimes on busy weekends the evenings may have this issue. I can only apologise but with this feedback we will address the problem.

喜欢: Loved the campsite and staff and would love to come again

不喜欢: Having to queue for the toilet block
Having to go elsewhere as they had run out of pizza in the shack
