Beeline for Home Farm Certificated Location – for Caravan and Motorhome Club members only – if you like the sound of a getaway with stunning sunrises and easy access to Cornwall's north and south coasts. Home Farm is a small farm set in the gorgeous countryside 20 minutes’ drive from the north coast of Cornwall and around half an hour from the south coast. For adults only, there are no kids running around to get in the way of the view of Stithians Reservoir – and if you want to see the lake up close, it’s just half an hour’s walk away. The watersports centre at Stithians Reservoir runs non-motorised watersports such as windsurfing, paddleboarding and sailing. After some successful sails – or wobbles – return to the lakefront pub for a celebratory drink or food. The field at Home Farm Certificated Location is three and a half acres in size, with the upper edge having some of the most coveted views. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and just like the humans, they should appreciate the location down a private lane in the countryside. There are dark skies at night and stunning sunrises. For a well-stocked shop and a pub serving delicious food, head to the village of Stithians, 10 minutes’ drive away. A larger supermarket is in Pool, 15 minutes’ drive away. It’s also a five- to 10-minute drive to the mining heritage sites around Carnkie and Redruth.

喜欢: A lovely warm welcome from Jane. The site is amazing! High up surrounded by open countryside with a spectacular view of the lake! What a fantastic site for sunrise and star gazing and a wonderfully kept field for dog walking or just chilling in the sunshine. Very reasonable price with clean toilet disposal point, drinking water and bins and recycling area. I would highly recommend!

喜欢: This is exactly the type of CL that we love. Fabulous views, peace and quiet and plenty of space. A warm welcome, walking distance to a pub and centrally located for easy access to all the area has to offer. Absolutely perfect! We’ll definitely be back. The entrance is no problem at all either so we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this site to book for a short stay or lengthy holiday with confidence that you'll love it.
