喜欢: This was our first "tent trip" and it was absolutely amazing! Literally every member of staff was so polite and helpful. Washrooms and showers were clean every day, so as the other areas. Dinner was lovely and pool wasn't overcrowded. You could see security driving around frequently and kept place safe, but wasn't intimidating. We will definitely come back for a bit longer next time!

不喜欢: Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was, but still very tasty!

不喜欢: Toilets and showers need updating
No private sinks
No indoor heating in toilets and external doors left open
Shower cubical stop small and flood when in use

喜欢: Huge pitch, lovely clean toilet block with lots of showers and toilets. Lovely holiday nothing to complain about.

喜欢: The staff were so friendly, our pitch was huge, the pool was great fun, the site was clean, the location was fab, my son loved the arcades...so much to love!

喜欢: A really nice park. Clean & tidy with lots of things to do.
Showers/toilets were nice and clean at all times.
Pitches were a decent size.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

不喜欢: Sone facilities felt too small for the number of guests on the park. The club house and swimming were usually too full to enter.
Arcades were ok but again, small.
WiFi wasn’t good and there was no signal on the park for our own devices.

We are pleased that you liked the park, found it clean and tidy, as well as the staff friendly and the pitch being a decent size.

Sorry that you found some of the facilities too small. We do try and make sure that everyone gets the full Hendra experience, with the chance to book the swimming before-hand, and having a varied entertainment schedule for guests of different ages, so everyone can visit at some point in the evening.

Cornwall can sometimes be a little patchier on the signal!
