Craving long walks across the undulating South Downs National Park? Use Pepperscombe Farm as your base and you can walk to your heart’s content by day, and then admire spectacular views across the park from your peaceful accommodation, surrounded by the sounds of wildlife and bird song. Those views form the backdrop for some characterful glamping accommodations, each of which has a kingsize bed and a private bathroom with toilet and shower (with bedding and towels provided). Built-in kitchens contain everything you need to create simple camping meals (hob, kettle, toaster, fridge), and you'll be able to eat inside your accommodation or out in the fresh air at your picnic table. All is kept nice and toasty warm thanks to the woodburning stove, and there are plenty of charging points for your devices. When you’re admiring those special views across the South Downs from your decking, it may feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere… but actually you’re only 15 minutes’ walk from the pretty village of Steyning, with its half-timbered houses, shops, pubs and restaurants. You'll also be able to get straight out onto the pathways of the national park for days of walking or mountain biking through the gorgeous green countryside.

Orchid 蒙古包

喜欢: Had a great stay , very comfortable , so cosy with the log burner and really retains the heat. Lovely hosts very helpful and accommodating.
Comfy beds , brilliant hot tub and fire pit already built up for us. Loved it and will go back for sure.

不喜欢: My only thing would be to put a hand rail on the steps to the toilet and yurt. Small thing but helpful if steps are wet.

喜欢: Everything! Friendly hosts, the accommodation was perfect for myself and 2 children (15 and 8), and it was lovely and peaceful! We had everything we needed and were close enough to shops/places to eat if we wanted to go out.
