喜欢 Fantastic quiet family site. Lovely friendly owner. Facilities were amazing. Great location. Public transport is very good. We stayed here to visit family and meet our new granddaughter. Loved the place. We will be back and would highly recommend this site!

喜欢 Not overcrowded. Pitches were large and spaced out with loads of room for kids to play. All pitches overlook the play area so you can keep a watchful eye on them from your pitch. Picnic benches scattered around that you can move to your pitch for alfresco dining.

不喜欢 Electric hook up kept tripping when trying to use 2 appliances (fridge and air fryer). Was able to use fridge and charge phones at same time without issue.

喜欢 The camp site really well organised with a large area in the middle for children to play Toilet facilities are immaculate even with it being high season and fully booked.10 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop to Brighton/worthing 15 walk to Lancing train Station will definitely be booking again.

喜欢 Refreshing change to go to a site with a space in the middle, rather than the pitches being crammed in. Good to see children playing in the field. Perfect situation, 10 minutes to the station which we used twice to go into Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach. Well presented little shop/cafe. I agree with a past post about dogs not being allowed on the playing field (although the bulldog owners did pick up the dog mess).
A really good find and perfect for what we needed, close to amenities, spacious and not too big.

不喜欢 We found that 2 showers and 2 toilets were not really enough when the site was full.
The pitch next to us had 3 cars in front of their caravan. Perhaps a limit of one and then the rest to be parked by the entrance would be preferable.

喜欢 Only two showers and two toilet but were reasonably clean
Level pitch yet a bit divited on ours, could be fixed over the quieter season

不喜欢 Not enough washing up facilities as the site is expanding.
Unfortunately we witnessed today ( 17 Aug 2025 ) a couple letting their bull dogs defecate on the football pitch. There is no where local to walk a dog off lead.
Management should have signs up saying no dog walking on site etc.

喜欢 Very friendly & helpful. Nice and small, so no overcrowding.
My kids made friends instantly with kids from all over Europe and the UK. The play equipment being right in the middle of the site really helped!
Showers were clean, my 10yr old had her very first shower on her own here and she hates insects of any kind - so that is a gold star to the standard!
Shop was great for mornings coffees & the location is great for the south coast.

喜欢 Nice small parc with a playground in the middle. Ice cream available at reception. Possible to walk to the beach in 10 minutes and to the Station in 15 minutes. Toilettes and shower not new but clean.

不喜欢 Quit times from 21h to 9h quite long for kids. Our neighbour complaint about our kids playing in our mobile home after 21h before going to bed.
But overall nothing else negativ to say. We would come back here.

喜欢 Lovely, well maintained campsite. Joe was very helpful and friendly. Field is a good size with everyone parked around the edge in decent size pitches that are marked out. Showers were spotless, powerful and hot water in abundance. In the bathrooms there are plugs for hairdryers etc and a freezer to refreeze your ice packs. Once the sun went down the campsite was very quiet. There is a field with a goal, climbing frame and swings for the children to play. Lancing beach is no more than 10 min walk. Worthing is very close and Brighton not too far either. There is a Budgens about 5 mins drive and Asda just a bit further. This campsite is in a good location, near facilities but tucked away so it’s peaceful. Just to mention Brighton/Shoreham airport is very close therefore there are small aircraft flying overhead (quite low!) but not until 9am. It didn’t spoil our stay, in fact it was interesting to see them.

喜欢 Really nice little site with everything you need, good little shop, clean facilities, water taps near pitches. All lovely and clean and well kept. 15 minutes from train station and 10 minutes from the beach.
