喜欢 Our family absolutely fell in love with this campsite! ❤️ It’s very clean, beautifully kept, and has so much space to relax and enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. Thank you for the amazing time – we can’t wait to come back soon! 🌿⛺️✨

You should take the kids playground photos off your website, because there’s no playground within miles!!! Unless you want to sit in a dirty pub down the road!

不喜欢 Everything, we were supposed to stay 2 nights and we lasted 1.
My daughter said it was the wotst and most boring place she’d ever been!
Maybe upgrade your was facility’s to.
But you are definitely lying to the public with your photos.

来自经理: I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay booked for 2 adults.
When booking on Pitchup it states "The nearby visitor attraction/children rides are closed.." and on the official Hop Farm website there is no longer any mention of the farm or play park and no photos.
Many couples and families come here for the country and river walks and to enjoy precious time together bringing indoor and outdoor games, we also have books and games to borrow in the office for those guests who forget to bring them.

喜欢 Very kind staff lady that when we had a small issue was extremely helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture and drove down to see us to make sure everything was ok. Stayed there a few times now and will be going back again!

喜欢 Fabulous, huge site. The problem we experienced with a broken tap was quickly dealt with.

不喜欢 Not enough showers and toilets for the amount of people staying there at that time. Also because of the frequency of use they should be cleaned 3 times a day in my opinion.

喜欢 Loved everything about this place, it was relaxed, toilets/ showers nice and clean. There is so much land to choose from we were so far away from any other campers it was only us making any noise. Felt private, secluded, tranquil, yet rustic living in the wild next to a river perfect for paddleboarding and man made swings that the kids entertained themselves on for hours. The owners/organisers were friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be going back there!

喜欢 We were camping / non electric and had so much space and a huge choice of pitches. Great location. We walked along the river, played on rope swings and then into the village, we also visited local Tunbridge Wells and Scotney castle. Toilets and showers generally plentiful and well maintained.

不喜欢 The shower cubicles were a little smaller than we were used to at campsites which didn't leave much room to keep clothes dry or get changed in privacy. One of the toilet / shower blocks was closed for most of our stay.
We were hoping that the shop might sell balls to play with, and wood for our fire pit. All in all though, we really enjoyed this campsite. And would return.

喜欢 The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and looked after.
There is so much space if you are non-electric. You can nearly have an entire field to yourself.
We stayed in the electric field which was much more busy but it was clean, tidy and also peaceful.

不喜欢 I went into the bathrooms around 12pm and some lovely lady/ladies had left 💩 on the floor and then on the seat in another cubicle. This was still there at 10pm. I’m unsure of how frequently they clean the shower blocks and maybe this was a one off. But on this occasion they were not cleaned after the morning clean.

I am sorry if the facilities were not up to standard this time, during the week they have 2 daily cleans and 3 on a weekend or perhaps the culprit decided to leave the mess on more than one occasion.

喜欢 Lovely campsite, nice big pitches and great having the water on each pitch. The only thing we would comment on is the showers . Lovely and warm and although there was a hook on the back of the door there was no dry area so had to hang towels over the door and clothes got wet .

The design of campsite showers should be improved, we have a hook on the inside and outside of the door only. In the newer block there is a shower curtain to try and reduce water reaching clothes and towels and in the older block there is a small area with a bench and hooks above.
