Plough Leisure Caravan Park

喜欢 Very welcoming greeting as we pulled up - and very busy with loads of fellow cyclists preparing for the Chase the Sun event (208 mile ride across the country in a day).
Simple but clean facilities. Everyone well behaved and quiet too. Electric pitches lots of room even though busy.

不喜欢 Location was a long walk into minster an beach easy to get taxi back though, not much to do on site , had to drive to nearest pub an shop

喜欢 Thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The site has everything needed. Very clean facilities. The manager (Jane) is a lovely lady who made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

不喜欢 Very dated toilet and shower facilities, not able to dry myself after my shower as cubicle too small. No toilet roll in any toilet in the morning!

来自经理: Dear Mrs Scott, I was very disappointed to read your review of our site. As General Manager here I walk around this site every morning and speak to each guest individually and therefore I will have spoken to you and as you were here for 3 nights probably more than once. If you were disappointed with any aspect of your visit why did you not come to the office? I am in my office from 8am until 6pm and my colleague is available from 6pm. There is also a notice on the door with contact telephone numbers. We do not advertise Plough Leisure as having any additional facilities other than the play park, launderette and shower and toilets. We are a beautiful quiet rural park. If the toilets were out of paper we would always come and refill immediately and once again on the notice board in both bathrooms you are as a guest that if there are any issues with the facilities to please call to Reception. the toilet facilities are also cleaned regularly and checked at 9pm.

Once again I am sorry you have had that experience.

喜欢 Beautiful site, very clean and friendly staff, it was so lovely and peaceful my children had the best time, we have actually booked again only 2 weeks later, we can’t wait to return and my children are so excited, we’ve also recommended plough leisure to lots of people who are keen to book, we will also be booking lots throughout the summer holidays, we had the best time thank you the Weber family.
