喜欢 We arrived early however that wasn't a problem, and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We went for a run around the park and then a dive in the pool.
The lifeguards were wonderful.
The evening entertainment that we saw, were very good. And the kids club staff when seen had brilliant reflexs and thought well on their feet.

不喜欢 Unfortunately the food for my children wasn't brilliant, Very limited and with very active children not a huge amount on the planet.
More could be done with keeping the empty glasses off the outside tables.
The toilet block looked clean until you really looked. There was smears down the toilet walls and there wasn't any soap.

不喜欢 Door to pod was broken and boarded up with plywood. Shower block poor. Urinal broken. Cheap bottle of wine as compensation in pod on arrival but hot as cabin was super hot. But a gesture i suppose. Showers on push tap but did not stay on so need to constantly hold in. Left after 1st night for local hotel . Apart from that ok.

不喜欢 That you cannot walk safely from the campsite. There was no pavement & busy road outside. No mention of this on website. I'd probably have booked somewhere else if I'd known.

Good location to explore the coast, botany bay and Margate etc.

喜欢 Value for money, very friendly staff and a modern clean reception, games area and bar. We were allowed to enter the pod 4 hours early. Entire site was very clean. The showers and toilet block was one of the cleanest we've ever used. Close several beaches and a large shopping complex.

不喜欢 Pod was located near the swimming pool, throughout the day you can here the extraction system which was loud.
The paths around the pods were made of a type 1 stone, didn't look the nicest or feel the best under foot.

喜欢 Grounds are clean, presentable and quiet with lots of room.
Pool is warm, clean and fun.
Pods are cosy, well equipped and perfect temperature.
Staff were very friendly.
Key fob for the gate was a good idea and worked well.
Lots to keep kids entertained.

不喜欢 Could have been cleaner in the pods and showers/toilets/washing block. Dried mud on the floor, needed a good mopping in the pod.
Showers were tiny, covered in mould and cobwebs, and had to be reset every 5 seconds.
Having one key for the block is very annoying with a mixed sex family, as one had to let the other in, and ask for it if swapping toothpaste etc.
No recycling bins.
Machine keeping the swimming pool filtered etc. is very loud and noticeable in the pods- bring ear plugs.
