禁止带狗 Inside the bell tent, you'll find a cosy and well-equipped space, designed to ensure your comfort while enjoying the natural beauty of the New Forest. The bell tent comfortably sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children, with a double bed and two futon single beds. It’s the ideal setup for families, offering a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and restful comfort.
The interior features flooring and LED lighting. While we supply most of the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible, there are a few things you’ll need to bring with you. You’ll need to bring all bedding, including sheets, blankets, and pillows. Additionally, make sure to bring your cooking equipment, such as a burner, kettle, pans, and utensils, so you can prepare your meals.
With everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay, the Ashurst bell tent allows you to enjoy the beauty of the New Forest while having all the conveniences you need for a perfect glamping experience.
Each bell tent has a cool box, stocked with fresh ice blocks upon your arrival, which you can easily swap at reception to keep your food and drinks chilled. The tent is also equipped with cutlery and crockery for up to four people, so you can dine in comfort. Outside, you’ll have an exclusive seating area with a picnic bench, perfect for enjoying meals or simply taking in the views of the surrounding woodland. A coal BBQ and utensils are also provided, making it easy to prepare a tasty outdoor meal.
Lyndhurst is just a short drive away, offering a range of local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Alternatively, you can take a short walk to the ‘Happy Cheese,’ a nearby pub serving delicious food.

喜欢: Everything. So welcoming such a gorgeous spot. Loads of walks/runs/bike rides. Little pub crawl available if you wanted after burning those calories. We managed 2 then found the Chinese.
Clean hot showers. Toilets well looked after.

喜欢: Peaceful site in the New forest. Pitchup anywhere on the site, even in the camper van. Friendly staff, and the toilets and showers were nice and clean.
Rraised BBQ's are allowed.
Great to see the Ponies roaming around the site.
Nice to see the site being used as a stopover for the Duke of Edinburgh kids!
不喜欢: If you park on the left side of the site there is a main line with regular trains passing through. Not a big issue as they are fast and pass quickly, but useful to know if you don't like the sudden noise. You can always move though if it's a problem

喜欢: The site is huge with over 200 pitches but they were well spaced out. As part of the National Park, cattle, ponies, and horses wandered freely.
The toilet block was very well maintained and clean, as was the laundry.
There were adequate bins an water stands around the park.
不喜欢: The gates were locked between 22:00 and 07:30. An earlier uock would have been appreciated.
