Hill Farm Camping

喜欢: What a fabulous 3 nights we had. The first evening was only two of us in the whole campsite with rain and 29mph winds, but Alan and Ruth took time to ensure we pitched in the right place and had everything we needed. Quiet, safe, clean farm with 3 toilets, bath, shower, washing station and an Alexa in the toilet (!) , wallabies, an emu and two super cute tame alpacas walking around (Splinter and Jess). Free firewood and firepit. Free tractor rides. Climbing frame, zip wire, slide for the children. A very lovely farm

不喜欢: …. please can you add hanging hooks onto the back of the toilet doors for coats and hats (that’s all I can think of, but would be very useful!)

喜欢: Absolutely fabulous campsite - had such a lovely weekend with friends. beautiful views, great pitches, perfect for a proper relaxing weekend. Really well kept site and the owners Alan & Ruth just make the site even better, always on hand to make sure you are ok. So lovely with animals around the campsite too. Can’t wait to return again. It’s now one of our favourite places. Thanks

喜欢: Alan was so welcoming - he gave us a tour of the site on his trailer to decide where we were going to camp as it was my little boys first time staying overnight and he is Autistic so needed to get the right spot. Great size pitches. Bathrooms are amazing with an excellent accessible bathroom available. An amazing site so peaceful and pretty but loads to do the kids from Alan's trailer rides to skating down the hill, zip wire, playground, paddling in the stream - cannot recommend enough we will definitely be back thanks Alan!! Xx
P.s you can get good 4g/5g signal for devices - something that parents of neurodivergent kids might find useful for kiddies devices if they need them.

喜欢: Absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it all. So friendly and made our stay a truly magical experience. There is so much to do that keep the very young to the older children entertained all day long. The animals are amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay and can not wait to return.

喜欢: Amazing views, loads of wholesome activities as well as some slightly more dare devil ones! The alpacas are a perk! The site allows for so much space and so privacy and finding your own patch is easy. Such a wonderful site for you get children and those young at heart.

不喜欢: The showers weren’t able to stay warm after repeated use so morning showers were often cold.

喜欢: What an amazing weekend we had at The Hill Farm. Ruth is very caring and made sure she checked on us every day, she was around and available if we needed anything. Alan is an absolute LEGEND going out of his way to entertain all the kids in the camp site with sledges, skateboards, etc. You will find 2 very friendly alpacas, wallabies, emu, and an incredible view. The facilities are clean, and well looked after. I am so thankful we chose Hill Farm for our very first camping experience as a young family, absolutely LOVED every second of it.
