喜欢: Clean facilities, lovely location, plenty amazing walks nearby.

不喜欢: Unfortunately, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were allocated what seemed to be the worst pitch on site. When I asked to be moved, the lady at the reception was unhelpful and unfriendly, offering excuses rather than solutions. This lack of customer service left a poor impression and significantly impacted our stay.

喜欢: Had the best 2 nights staying in this lovely Bee Pod for my Birthday with my Sister, I really didn't want to come home! It has everything you need and I loved the bee theme. Very clean and spacious too. We weren't overlooked by anyone and the site was really quiet, which was perfect for us. Loved sitting out on a morning and on a night listening to the wildlife and on a morning with a cup of tea watching the sun come up, it was idyllic. Staff very helpful and friendly and there's a shop on site too which was handy.
Lots nearby, Pooley Bridge was perfect as it's literally 5 minutes away in the car. Lots of pubs to eat in with great food. Keswick is only half an hour away and if you're a walker you'll be in your element!
Would highly recommend the Pod and the site, will definitely be back next year but will book for longer.

不喜欢: Nothing, couldn't get WiFi as my phone couldn't find it but to be honest I wasn't really bothered!!

喜欢: I booked the Bee pod for my sister's birthday and it didn't disappoint!
Absolutely beautiful and so cosy, i couldn't fault a thing. It was so clean and well maintained, everything you need is in there and even though it's compact it didn't feel like a squeeze. Lovely little bathroom with a heated towel rail and great shower, bed was so soft and cosy, even the couch was comfortable. The attention to detail was perfect, everything was so well thought out and I love the bee theme inside with the bedding and cushions. The patio was my favourite, the view from there was amazing and we weren't overlooked. Sitting out at night was magical.
The site was exceptionally clean and so peaceful, really friendly and helpful staff and a great little onsite shop too. The location is perfect and the scenery is absolutely stunning, I wish we'd booked a longer stay! Will definitely be back next year.

不喜欢: Absolutely nothing to dislike apart from having to leave!

喜欢: The site was clean, spacious and had lovely views! Staff were lovely! The facilities were clean and plenty of them. Hot showers were spot on an all.
We would definitely be visiting again for a much longer stay :)

喜欢: A really welcoming site.
I especially liked the fact that there was a barrier at the entrance/exit that offered a higher level of security.
Every member of staff we came across was kind and helpful and the entire site was spotlessly clean.
The washrooms were very clean, tidy and well planned.
The small shop with the cafe at the entrance was great for getting those forgotten details (tv cable) abd for testing ourselves to a yummy ice cream every afternoon.
The fish and chip shop on site served really delicious food at extremely reasonable prices.
Our son loved the games room with the pool tables and arcade games.
Although we never got the time to utilise the marina - it was ideal knowing that it was there for use only by the caravan site patrons.

不喜欢: My only criticism is that the water pressure on the showers (in the washroom nearest to the cafe )was a little too powerful!
It sprayed my towel and dry clothes at the far end of the cubicle (where they are supposed to be stored while showering) if you were not stood in front of the shower spray at the time.
You also ran the risk of loosing a nipple if you turned toward the water stream without covering yourself - LOL

喜欢: A fabulous site. Arrived and enjoyed the fish and chips from the shop on site. Ate them in the bar area, take your own condiments!

Spacious gravel service pitch was perfect for our needs.

A great site for venturing out in the western fells and not far from Pooley Bridge or even Keswick.

Great show blocks, huge park for kids and a walks from the site.

不喜欢: Electric kept tripping on a morning, even though we unplugged everything.

喜欢: Very clean site, friendly staff, lovely toilet and shower area. Nice bar/lounge, best presentation of prosecos ever.

不喜欢: Bit too far from Pooley bridge, had bikes but a good climb back to site. Showers too powerful. No ice to buy in shop.
